Kelly Osbourne grew up in the public eye during the filming of "The Osbournes," her insecurities aired for the whole world to see. Moreover, she has never hid the fact that she struggled with her weight and body image. Kelly has even publicly admitted to getting gastric sleeve surgery in 2018 in addition to embarking on a healthier lifestyle. We can't deny that Kelly Osbourne has had a total transformation over the years. However, an Instagram post she made on February 2026 has caused concern, as well as allegations of Ozempic and plastic surgery. In the image below, the television personality is seen with fuller cheeks back in 2020 (left), but now sports a gaunt appearance with her cheekbones protruding significantly (right). 

While some commenters did praise how stunning she looked, everyone else was less than shy with what they thought about her appearance. "Honey, please get some help," a well-meaning Instagram user commented, adding a heart emoji alongside it. "She looks 70," another wrote. This comes on the back of the jaw-dropping Ozempic takeover at the 2026 Grammys, where Kelly and her mother, Sharon Osbourne, looked distinctly skeletal. In the past, Kelly Osbourne has gotten candid over her thoughts on plastic surgery, denying ever having done it herself. And despite side-by-side pictures sparking Ozempic rumors, Kelly has also denied taking the prescription drug to lose weight.

There can be no denying that Kelly Osbourne and her family have been going through a tough time since the death of her famous father, Black Sabbath rockstar Ozzy Osbourne, in July 2025. The former "Fashion Police" co-host has made her feelings clear about the comments regarding her weight, and is in disbelief over how insensitive people are being considering her recent circumstances. "To the people who keep thinking that they're being funny and mean by writing comments like 'Are you ill?' or 'Get off Ozempic' or 'You don't look right.' My dad just died, and I'm doing the best that I can," a clearly frustrated Kelly said in a since-deleted clip on Instagram (via YouTube).

Her mother, Sharon Osbourne, has stood beside her daughter, backing up the notion that her drastic change in appearance was due to the loss of Ozzy. "She's not happy — she's lost her daddy — she can't eat right now," Sharon confirmed in a December 2025 interview with Piers Morgan. Despite the Ozempic rumors and the trying times she's facing, Kelly has proven she has a spine of steel as she stands strong against her detractors.
