Bravo Star Brittany Cartwright Has Had A Jarring Face Transformation
Since rocketing to fame as a cast member on "Vanderpump Rules", Brittany Cartwright has lived life under the sharp-eyed lens of the media. Not only has her personal life been constantly examined, but so has her appearance, partially due to her jarring face transformation. Cartwright has joined a list of other Bravo stars who are completely unrecognizable, especially compared to how she looked when she first started gaining public attention. In the image below, Cartwright's recent 2025 appearance (right) features cheeks that are more filled out and a slightly larger nose in contrast to her 2016 self (left).
However, "The Valley" star is more than aware of the changes. After having her son, Cruz, in 2021, Cartwright has struggled with her weight, and was on the receiving end of derogatory comments about her appearance from her ex-husband and fellow co-star, Jax Taylor. As a result, Cartwright has revealed she'd undergone a mommy makeover, which entails everything from a tummy tuck to liposuction and abdominal reconstruction. She shared the aftermath in a picture posted on her Instagram account. "I really just did this as a confidence thing for me because I'm starting to feel so much better after everything I've been through [to] where I'm at," the reality star shares on the October 2025 episode of her "When Reality Hits with Brittany Cartwright" podcast.
Brittany Cartwright has had an inspirational weight loss journey
Cartwright isn't content with merely relying on plastic surgery to shed some extra pounds and has charged full steam ahead with a weight-loss and fitness program. Although there's always the option to take a GLP-1, the appearances of celebs who've had total transformations after taking Ozempic and the diabetic drug's side effects were not appealing to her. "I heard it makes you sick and nauseous," the podcast host exclusively shared with Daily Mail, "[and] I also feel like it's not realistic long-term."
Cartwright enrolled in the Jenny Craig Max Up program and has partnered with the weight management company as its ambassador (she has been its brand ambassador twice now). In an exclusive sit-down with E! News, the reality star revealed that she has lost 10 pounds 'in the very beginning' and added that she's trying to be a good role model for her son by implementing a 'healthy routine'. It's not only an admirable stance, but also one we bet will pay off for Cartwright in the long run.
