Pics That Put Laura Loomer's Obvious 'Mar-A-Lago Face' On Blast

By all appearances, Laura Loomer doesn't mind making waves. As the self-described "most banned woman in the world," she's known for the outrageous stunts and unsavory statements that have made her an influential member of President Trump's inner circle. She might call herself a rebel — in fact, she worked for the Canadian far-right Rebel News — but one arena in which Loomer is willing to conform is her appearance. Back in 2019, she was still rocking a fairly unsculpted face but ended the year with the first touches of telltale contour, before going on to be one of the clearest cases of "Mar-a-Lago face."

What is Mar-a-Lago face? In a word, big. Lips, teeth, cheekbones, jawlines, hair, eyebrows, eyelashes — all should be as oversized as possible, in accordance with Trump's own aesthetic preferences and particularly those of his wife, Melania. Unnaturally smooth, tanned skin and heavy eye makeup don't hurt, either. There's definitely no love for the natural look in modern conservative political circles, a fact Loomer has proven time and again.

Loomer appears unnaturally sculpted

At a 2024 rally in Iowa, Loomer's exaggerated features displayed all the signs of Mar-a-Lago face. While she's only admitted to having a nose job and lip fillers in a since-deleted Instagram post (via Forward), her jawline and cheekbones have a sculpted appearance, no doubt helped along by some heavy-duty contouring.

False lashes, wide stripes of liquid eyeliner, unblended eyeshadow, and lip color applied far outside the natural lip line finish off the look. Her face also seems artificially unlined and plump, but hey, maybe she has an amazing skin care routine.

She's well acquainted with self-tanner

In the past, Loomer resisted the siren call of one of modern conservatives' aesthetic weapons of choice: self-tanner. Her porcelain skin gleamed defiantly in a sea of orange faces. At a 2026 event held (where else?) at Mar-a-Lago, however, it was clear that she'd finally given in to aerosol temptation. Her darker lip color, eye makeup, and contour only serve to emphasize her freshly sun-baked visage, giving the impression of "tropical goth." Let's hope it becomes a glowy summer makeup trend.

Precision isn't in Loomer's vocabulary

The Mar-a-Lago event was far from the only major makeup fail we've seen from Loomer.. At a 2021 cryptocurrency conference, she showed up with wildly overlined lips in a shade that can only be described as Pepto Bismol (a must for achieving Mar-a-Lago face, which requires bright, gendered color choices) and crayon-thick black eyeliner. In fact, her eyeliner was applied so heavily that it's impossible to even tell whether her trademark volume lashes were included in that day's glam, indicating a possibly tragic waste of a perfectly good set of falsies.

She dials up the definition

Loomer's penchant for comically long lashes was evident as far back as 2019, when she appeared at a free speech rally in Washington D.C. with a set that nearly reached out to voters all by themselves. As Loomer was still early in her Mar-a-Lago face transformation, they're even more noticeable set against the backdrop of an otherwise clean look, save for the eyebrows — and what a pair of eyebrows they are. She penciled them on in classic Mar-a-Lago fashion: thick, dark, and dramatically angled.

She favors bright colors

There's nothing subdued about Mar-a-Lago face, and as previously noted, that includes its colors. Ideally, they should be bright, some might say garish, and sparkle is a plus. Loomer has always fulfilled this requirement with baby pink or deep berry lip colors, but in a November 2025 photo with her dog posted on Instagram, she went further than ever with shimmery magenta lips. They were accompanied by brighter pink blush and even heavier eyeshadow contouring, dialing the real-life contrast up to maximum levels.

She's getting blonder

As with her reluctance to jump on the self-tanning bandwagon, Loomer has remained stubbornly dark-haired throughout her support of the Trump administration. That's not quite as unusual as a natural pallor, but it's true that Mar-a-Lago face is often accompanied by a sky-high blond blowout, as seen on Lara Trump. Loomer might not be quite ready to make the switch, but in February 2026, she did debut a head of flowing, beachy waves with bright golden highlights, which stand in stark contrast to her usually slicked sable strands. Could she be gearing up to go full MAGA Barbie? Only time will tell.
