Bunnie Xo's Candid Plastic Surgery Confessions Are So Refreshing To Hear
While some celebs have been vocal about avoiding plastic surgery, it's more of a rarity for them to disclose the work they've had done. But that's not the case for Bunnie Xo, because when it comes to being genuine and unapologetic, she ticks all the boxes. The "Dumb Blonde" podcast host — who is married to rapper and singer Jelly Roll — revealed to her audience during a podcast segment her plans to get a facelift, which was something she actually stuck to. In an Instagram Reel she posted on March 16, 2026, she showed a quick before-and-after following her facelift procedure, displaying her considerably red and swollen face to the camera.
Although you may think it's all for aesthetic reasons, Bunnie Xo went further in-depth as to why exactly she got a facelift. "For everyone asking why I decided to do a facelift, old filler was one of the main reasons," she shared in another Instagram post featuring her doctor. She added that she'd had her filler dissolved in the past, only to learn that some of it stubbornly stayed in her face and caused it to itch and swell. "Please take it from me, filler doesn't dissolve in your body like we are told," she warned, showing how crucial it is to know what types of fillers can or can't be dissolved before getting them.
Bunnie Xo doesn't shy away from speaking about her personal struggles
On top of her bluntness about getting plastic surgery, Bunnie Xo is not afraid to be vulnerable when it comes to her body image. Similar to her reasons for doing a facelift, Bunnie Xo took tirzepatide — commonly known as Mounjaro — not only to lose weight, but to treat her hormone levels after suffering from PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) and endometriosis. Unfortunately, she joined the list of celebrities who have had bad experiences with Ozempic and other GLP-1s. Despite only injecting a tiny dose, the podcast host revealed that she felt extremely nauseous, dehydrated, as well as a string of other symptoms.
As if that weren't enough, she had to navigate other side effects that impacted her mental health. "That was one of the darkest times in my life and it was scary," Bunnie Xo exclusively shared with People. "Honestly, I just went through a bout of suicidal ideation from using a GLP-1, which, I really think people need to talk more about this." In a world where most celebs are tight-lipped about their personal struggles, Bunnie Xo's authenticity and raw honesty are something we can all appreciate.
