Vanessa Trump — though technically not a Trump anymore after divorcing Donald Trump Jr. in 2018 - has undergone a noticeable face transformation. It has caused some to speculate that she's had some cosmetic work done. The change has become more apparent since she started dating golf legend Tiger Woods in 2024, with her appearance at his 50th birthday party drawing rumors of plastic surgery. In a picture the pro-golfer posted on Instagram, Trump sported a slimmer face compared to herself pre-divorce and had hardly a wrinkle in sight. One Instagram user commented, "Vanessa doesn't age."

Still, Trump has neither confirmed nor denied the cosmetic surgery allegations.  However, some experts believe the evidence is there. "Her upper eyelids look less heavy, which would be from an upper blepharoplasty," plastic surgeon Dr. Sean McNally told Daily Mail. According to the Cleveland Clinic, blepharoplasty is a surgery done to remove excess tissue from the eyelids, which could help improve the appearance of tired or saggy eyes. McNally then claimed Trump's youthful-looking skin suggests she uses Botox. He also added, "It definitely looks like she's utilizing lasers or BBL/IPL to fight pigmentation."

Despite the total transformation Vanessa Trump has had over the years, it's possible she still might not feel very secure in her new appearance. This was seemingly evident when she attended the 2026 Genesis Invitational alongside her beau and daughter, Kai Trump for a photoshoot. During the event, Trump reportedly appeared frazzled as she battled the fierce winds. A lip reader revealed to The Spun that she complained the wind was "messing with her hair" and insisted on trying out various poses and locations to get the right shot. However, this incident may point to more than just Vanessa fretting over looking good for the camera, as her romance with Woods has been rumored to be on the rocks in 2026.

Even though it's been more than 15 years since Tiger Woods' cheating scandal broke out and ruined his marriage to Swedish model Elin Nordegren, its shadow could potentially be affecting Vanessa and making her "paranoid", an insider shared with the National Enquirer. Although the bright smiles and affectionate Instagram captions may be telling a different story, Trump's body language says otherwise. In a Daily Mail exclusive with body language expert Judi James, the latter noted that Vanessa and Woods' interactions during the golf tournament were "performative" and that Woods "appear[ed] wary". It seems that no amount of alleged face-tuning could fix a relationship in trouble.
