Does Carrie Underwood Have 'Mar-A-Lago Face'? Close-Up Pics Make It Hard To Dispute

Botox, dermal fillers, facelifts, eyelid surgery, and dental veneers have become hallmarks of the latest Mar-a-Lago aesthetic trend. A close-up photo of Carrie Underwood appears to align with many of those indicators. The American Idol alum, however, has never confirmed undergoing any of these cosmetic procedures, but plastic/aesthetic experts and fans alike aren't convinced.

Side-by-side pics of the country music star show a distinct face transformation from her American Idol days to now. Contrary to what she may believe, Underwood's new look isn't going under the radar, but is instead standing out – a typical attribute for the Mar-a-Lago face, according to plastic surgeon Paul Tulley. "The Mar-a-Lago aesthetic is a little different from some other trends in cosmetic surgery," Tulley explained. "It's often more obvious, with enhanced volume in the cheeks and lips, smoother skin, and a heavier use of makeup and hair colour. The goal isn't to be discreet, it's to project a certain kind of confidence and status."

Compared to her 2005 appearance, Underwood's face today has a more polished appearance, exhibiting plumper-looking lips, higher cheekbones, a defined nose structure, a smoother (almost frozen) looking forehead, and an enhanced smile thanks to what appear to be pearly white veneers. She has also embraced heavier glam, complete with fuller eyebrows and lash extensions. Additionally, the singer went back to her natural hair color, now with a bronde hue. Collectively, these enhancements have shaped a striking transformation. Still, not everyone has embraced the Grammy-winning singer's Mar-a-Lago look. "Not a fan of her new look, looks fake. Miss the sweet girl," someone wrote on her March 2 Instagram post. Another commented, "Unrecognizable. Sad."

Carrie Underwood and other celebs embracing the Mar-a-Lago looking face

Beyond the undeniable Mar-a-Lago face trend often associated with political figures in the MAGA circle, Underwood joins a slew of other Hollywood stars whose evolving transformations have aligned with the traits of the Mar-a-Lago face. Several celebrities, including Jenny McCarthy, Tori Spelling, Kris Jenner, and the Kardashian-Jenner clan, have openly acknowledged undergoing procedures like Botox, dermal fillers, skin resurfacing treatments, and rhinoplasty.

While Underwood has confirmed having cosmetic work to repair injuries, she sustained in a 2017 fall that left her with facial lacerations and a broken wrist, other celebs revealed their decisions were purely based on vanity.

Khloe Kardashian, for instance, has been one of the most candid about her beauty enhancements, disclosing an extensive range of cosmetic enhancing procedures that she has had done, such as a nose job, laser hair removal around her hairline and body, Soft Wave laser for skin tightening, fillers, collagen "baby threads" around her chin and neck, Botox and Sculptra. She has also incorporated a consistent set of non-invasive treatments, such as Salmon sperm facials, along with regular facials, peptides, vitamins, and daily skin care.
