Side-By-Side Pics Highlight How Bella Hadid's Regretted Nose Job Changed Her Face

Bella Hadid is considered one of the most beautiful women in the world. Before the age of 30, she had already become the face of Dior, walked for fashion giants like Victoria's Secret, stayed on top of the hottest trends, and appeared on the covers of over 30 Vogue magazines. Bella's stunning appearance only received more attention after she earned a "Model of the Year" title in 2022. But growing up in the modeling industry wasn't always so easy, and for years, Bella was scrutinized for being less attractive than her famous sister, Gigi Hadid. "I was the uglier sister," she told Vogue. Hating her appearance, at just 14 years old, Bella got a nose job that changed her face forever.

Bella now regrets getting the rhinoplasty that left her with a more delicate, narrowed nose. She revealed that the unrealistic beauty standards of being a model negatively impacted her from a young age and explained that when she emerged into the demanding industry, she was already battling anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. After a while, she succumbed to the beauty pressures placed on models and made a regretful surgical decision. "I wish I had kept the nose of my ancestors," the half-Palestinian supermodel told Vogue. "I think I would have grown into it," she added. Despite her blonde hair transformation, Bella said she wants to stay connected to her Arab roots and denied having any other facial procedures.

What has Bella Hadid revealed about her face transformation?

Instead of plastic surgery, Bella said she often uses face tape to lift her eyes, referring to the technique as "the oldest trick in the book." "I have never used filler. Let's just put an end to that. I have no issue with it, but it's not for me," she told Vogue. In her day-to-night routine tutorial published by Vogue, Bella said that she opts for a facial ice bath to combat her flare-ups. The supermodel added that she also uses ice water to make her eyes look wider, and uses a micro-current, a handheld tool that uses electromagnetic waves to reduce puffiness, as a facelift replacement. "It just feels like my face is lifting up and it's getting blood circulation into my skin," she explained.

Despite her denial, there is still speculation about the way Bella's facial shape has changed. Comparing her before and after pictures, which highlight her undeniably chiseled cheekbones, aesthetic experts have suggested that the supermodel has either undergone cheek reduction surgery or received Botox. In an Instagram Reel analyzing Bella's face transformation, plastic surgeon Kimberly Henry said Bella has most likely had plastic surgery. "She's had a buccal fat removal, a chin revision, and jawline and cheek revision," she alleged. However, the surgeon didn't deny that Bella looks stunning and explained the aesthetic work is part of the standard "beautification process" that comes with a modeling career.
