In fact, the look has become so common in the MAGA community that it's been named for Trump's palatial Florida compound: Mar-a-Lago face. It's a look that requires significant investment, with some experts estimating it could cost anywhere from $90,000 to $300,000, per HuffPost. Although, the major expense may be part of the point. Considering that Mar-a-Lago face is characterized by extremely obvious surgical work, some experts have suggested the point isn't beauty so much as conspicuous consumption. Either way, the women in Trump's world all look similar, and not in a way that's about shared DNA.

From her distinct fake tan to her taut, filled cheeks, First Lady Melania Trump is one of the more obvious examples of Mar-a-Lago face. Cosmetic surgery experts speculate that Melania has had a number of cosmetic alterations, including a nose job, lip filler, cheek implants, and a facelift. She's also a big fan of the smoky eyeshadow and heavy contouring that have become MAGA beauty staples. Considering she started out so naturally beautiful, it's a little surprising that she's chosen to alter her appearance so drastically. "Maybe she WAS an attractive woman, now she just uncanny valley weird af with her squinty eyes and [pursed] lips," wrote one Reddit commenter.

As a teen, Ivanka Trump had a distinctive, unique beauty. But she's become far more generic-looking over the intervening years. "I think she's had at least one rhinoplasty, if not two, and it looks like she did some sort of chin augmentation when she was younger," cosmetic surgeon Gary Motykie told the Daily Express, adding that she's likely also had both filler and Botox. These days, Ivanka Trump is gorgeous going makeup-free, but her look is nevertheless fairly interchangeable with other sculpted women of MAGA world.

Lara Trump looked so different before her foray into the limelight. In recent years, there is a frozen uncanniness to her features, as well as a new, overfilled fullness in her cheeks. It's likely that the Fox News anchor has had a blepharoplasty, in addition to Botox and fillers, an expert told the Irish Star. Whatever specific procedures she's had done, it doesn't exactly look natural. There's a notable stiffness to her features, in addition to the taut, plump skin that usually signals regular trips to the med spa. Plastic surgeon Konstantin Vasyukevich suspects she's had rhinoplasty in the past, as well as more minor work, including injectables. "She is not a stranger to facial fillers and Botox. She most certainly had filler placed in the nasolabial folds and upper cheeks," he told Life & Style in 2018. "Her lips appear to be enhanced, and it's quite likely that she had a filler placed along the jawline to maintain its smooth contour."

While Tiffany Trump's recognizable round face shape hasn't changed, there's a fixed, expressionless quality to her features that is giving major Mar-a-Lago. "Tiffany has always had quite full cheeks, so it's tricky to say if she's used any form of filler, but I do suspect she's had some Botox around the forehead, eyes, and around the nose area," plastic surgeon Mark Solomos told the Daily Mail, adding that he also suspects she's had a "lip flip." She's also embraced the distinctive makeup look, with harsh contouring, bold brows, and blinding highlighter.
