Actor Kate Hudson has a way of pulling attention wherever she goes, whether it's through her stunning red carpet looks or her charming movie roles. Yet, there's another reason people can't seem to get enough of the "Fool's Gold" star — particularly women of a certain age — and that's for her flawless skin.

It's no wonder the actor doesn't seem caught up on looking glammed up all the time and is often seen going makeup-free. While clinical studies show that up to 60% of skin aging and characteristics, such as elasticity, hydration, and collagen levels, are determined by genetics — which could partially be credited to her agelessly stunning mom, Goldie Hawn — Hudson, a skincare enthusiast, continues to show off youthful-looking skin well into her 40s.

The actor-turned-singer/songwriter has gone au naturel in many of her social media posts when she's off the clock, enjoying time with her loved ones. As an advocate for holistic beauty and wellness, she's happy to go makeup-free thanks to her skincare regimen, which she showed off in a November 2022 Instagram video, highlighting her beauty and wellness routine for Vogue. With clear, supple-looking skin, Hudson joins a select few who can effortlessly pull off a beautiful, fresh-faced look and  still look gorgeous going makeup-free.

Kate Hudson has a robust skincare routine

Kate Hudson has quite a robust skincare routine that caters to mature skin, and she hasn't shied away from spilling her beauty secrets. With a deep interest in skincare, she also co-founded INBLOOM to develop holistic wellness products, partnered with Juice Beauty on their Kate Hudson Loves Juice Beauty Acacia and Rose Powder Mask, and serves as the brand ambassador of Alma Harmony Lasers.

In a 2022 Vogue interview discussing her daily wellness and beauty routine, Hudson revealed a 3-step approach for maintaining her ageless skin: sleep, hydration, and supplements. She then delved into her everyday routine and began by cleansing with the Buchu Botanical Enzyme Polish and a nourishing face oil. Next, she applied an eye mask that was worn under a full-face mask, which was later smoothed over with a jade roller. She went on to what she called her 'dream product,' which supports hair, nails, and skin elasticity while helping reduce fine lines. "I created a supplement with INBLOOM called Beauty Aura, and I take this every day," she said while preparing and drinking the mixture. To finish, she hydrated with Kate Hudson Loves Juice Beauty Energizing Age Defy Cocktail Concentrate, noting that the matcha-infused serum, 'wakes your skin up,' and added Symbiome's The One restorative cream and Laneige's Lip Sleeping Mask.

Additionally, Hudson mentioned in a Good Housekeeping interview that she never leaves home without coconut oil and Symbiome's The Answer Reparative Serum.
