Kristin Chenoweth's Face Has Been Totally Transformed By Botox
In 2025, Kristin Chenoweth stunned audiences with her smashing performance of The Carpenters' "Merry Christmas Darling" at the Rockefeller Christmas Tree, though her voice wasn't the only thing of note that evening. Chenoweth has had a complete face transformation, sporting a radiant, wrinkle-free complexion that was mirrored by Reba McEntire's own face tune-up as the duo sung their hearts out to "Silver Bells". As seen below, Chenoweth appeared noticeably different in 2025 (right), in contrast to what she looked like in 2018 (left), featuring a slimmer face and tauter skin.
In a bid for taut skin and foreheads as smooth as glass, it comes as no surprise that the stars and starlets of Hollywood have turned to Botox as an answer. While some celebs have gotten candid about deeply personal things like acne struggles, others have largely kept mum when prodded about injections. However, Kristin Chenoweth hasn't been shy about setting the record straight when asked if she had had any cosmetic work done. The veteran singer has publicly admitted to having done Botox, though she denies the plastic surgery allegations. "Obviously I get Botox. Look at my forehead, it doesn't move," she shared exclusively with People. Brimming with self-confidence, Chenoweth adds that she has no issues with anyone wanting to get any type of cosmetic work done, advising others to "just own it".
Kristin Chenoweth didn't get Botox merely for aesthetic reasons
It's reasonable to assume that most people get Botox to minimize the signs of aging. However, Kristen Chenoweth was quick to dispute such assumptions. The Emmy-award-winning actress and singer told Closer that she had been battling severe migraines since she was 25, and was initially recommended Botox by her doctor as a solution. Botox offers a myriad of health benefits, but according to the Cleveland Clinic, it is especially effective in preventing pain signals from reaching the brain, resulting in a reduction in the severity and frequency of attacks. "Now, I use Botox for other reasons that are apparent and it's fantastic, but this really helped my migraines," Chenoweth exclusively told Closer.
Aside from advocating for transparency regarding getting cosmetic treatments and following the blueprint of other celebs in fighting society's beauty rules, Chenoweth is a huge proponent of exercise and other forms of healthy living. "We all do know that beauty comes from within," she told Glamour. "I feel better when I drink water. I feel better when I do my hot yoga ... That's what works for me." And that's definitely a message we can get behind.
