Tomi Lahren's Face Transformation Is Undeniable In Side-By-Side Pics
This article includes discussion of eating disorders.
Tomi Lahren has once again sparked controversy, though this time, it's due to the recent jaw-dropping face transformation she's debuted to the world in 2025. Lahren has generated widespread speculation of plastic surgery after she appeared on a segment of Fox News' "Outnumbered", looking decidedly different from when she first started gaining steam back in 2015. Not only was her signature platinum blond hair swapped out for a darker, brownish-blond shade, but there was no denying the less-than-subtle tweaks to her face. However, the Fox News commentator remains tight-lipped and has not confirmed whether she has had any cosmetic procedures done.
Although Lahren had allegedly succumbed to the Mar-A-Lago face craze taking her conservative peers by storm, it seemed she had largely dodged the sharp criticism that comes with it. "Tomi Lahren is a great example of 'good plastic surgery doesn't look like plastic surgery,'" comments an X user. Another commented, "She looks stunning!" However, it's reasonable for some to be caught off guard by sudden face transformations like Lahren's. One Facebook user commented, "I thought it was Olivia Wilde! Talk about transformation!" While another said, "There's a second woman at Fox named Tomi Lahren? 'Cause that is not the same person."
Tomi Lahren has struggled with her weight in the past
Lahren's rapid and sudden face transformation, as board-certified cosmetic dermatologist Dr Mariano Russo shared exclusively with The List, could be the result of the popular, yet irreversible buccal fat removal surgery. Trendy among Hollywood elites like Chrissy Teigen, the surgery helps sculpt the cheekbones and jawline by removing fat from the cheeks. However, Dr. Russo claimed that it could also happen naturally, telling The List, "significant weight loss can have a similar effect."
Lahren has been candid about having battled an eating disorder in the past. She posted a picture of herself at the age of 21 on Instagram back in July 2019, sharing with her fans that she had just left "a 6-year toxic relationship" at the time. "I got down to under 100 lbs but no matter how skinny I got, it wasn't enough and I couldn't see how bad it was," she stated. Whether it be cosmetic treatments or weight loss, it seems Lahren has conquered her past struggles and is more than satisfied with how she looks now.
