Jeanine Pirro, United States Attorney for the District of Columbia and former Fox host, is one of many people in Washington, D.C., whose face appears to have changed. The associate of President Donald Trump has got a visibly plumper face, that's uncannily free of wrinkles, as well as a slimmed nose that's giving rhinoplasty signs. In fact, her face appears so altered that Pirro is nearly unrecognizable in a throwback pic.

Pirro has long favored a glam appearance, and Trump himself once described her as "sexy as hell." Still, the changes Pirro is making to her face feel more in line with the major aesthetic trend that's sweeping through the Republican Party: Mar-a-Lago face. It's characterized by improbably smooth skin, maxed-out filler, and extra pouty lips. Traditionally, political insiders have aspired to make subtle plastic surgery tweaks. "[Now] we're seeing people who want to look like they had something done," plastic surgeon Troy Pittman told Axios.

Jeanine Pirro has long taken her appearance seriously. In 1997, she was one of People magazine's 50 Most Beautiful People, after all. She's not afraid of early morning workouts, and believes in staying super hydrated. She's also known to favor a makeup style that features heavily shadowed eye and dramatic contouring. Even in the mid-2010s, Pirro's face hinted at pillowy filler and plastic surgery.

So perhaps it's no surprise that she's embraced the exaggerated femininity of the MAGA world. Mar-a-Lago face was everywhere at Donald and Melania Trump's New Year's Eve party, and Pirro blends right in with her cohort. In fact, her innate approach to beauty seems to dovetail nicely with the new aesthetic.

Like many of the Republican women whose faces have notably shifted in recent years, Pirro has never admitted to having cosmetic work done. But that hasn't stopped fans from speculating that the high profile attorney has had a face and neck lift, as well as Botox. Unfortunately, the effect hasn't been a home run. "I just can't get past the fact Pirro's face looks completely disconnected from her body," wrote one Reddit user. "Plastic surgery can only do so much I suppose."
