Plastic surgeon Dr. Wendy Wong shared on Instagram that she believes the actor had a brow lift, as they look slightly more elevated than before. "She's always had a very cute, beautiful nose, but it certainly looks a little bit more refined these days. The nasal tip is ... more refined, a little bit more turned up. It looks like the base is ... more narrow, but not overly done, so it still fits her face beautifully," she stated. Adding to Peltz's changed appearance are lip fillers, which are different from a lip flip, and a slightly less prominent chin. It's not just experts who have discussed Peltz's rumored plastic surgery, either; fans have noticed how different she looks from her earlier days, with many preferring the actor's natural face.

Nicola Peltz may have altered her features to look more distinct, but it seems most fans liked her face pre-surgery. "She was very pretty before.
