Kyle Richards showed up to the 2022 People's Choice Awards looking more glamorous than ever, but observers quickly took notice of her slimmer frame and more sculpted facial features. Side-by-side comparisons of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star made the changes even more pronounced, prompting the internet to guess whether or not a GLP-1 might have been involved. 

On a Page Six Instagram post discussing a bikini selfie of the star in 2023, Richards didn't hesitate to reply to comments that suggested she took Ozempic. In one reply, she wrote (via PEOPLE), "I am NOT taking Ozempic. Never have." Even after her response, the speculation never fully subsided. 

Kelly Osbourne is one of the reality TV stars known for having totally transformed over the years, and this prompted speculation about everything from cosmetic procedures to Ozempic. "The Osbournes" alum has been candid about her weight loss journey and admitted she had gastric bypass surgery, which resulted in her losing almost 90 pounds. And while rumors continue to circulate about whether or not she's used Ozempic, she has consistently credited her own results to surgery and lifestyle changes. She has also expressed how her opinions of GLP-1 medications have changed after talking to people who have taken them, and fully supports individuals who choose to use any type of GLP-1 medications.

Khloe Kardashian is another reality TV star who has undergone such a major transformation that people often find her unrecognizable in side-by-side photos. In January 2023, the mom of two shared a glimpse of a recent photoshoot on Instagram, prompting one user (via Us Weekly) to accuse her of using "diabetic medicine" just to be skinny. Kardashian quickly pushed back and emphasized that her figure is the result of her showing up '5 days a week at 6 a.m. to train.' Despite her firm denial, there is continued speculation on whether or not GLP-1s played a role in her dramatic weight loss.

Another "The Kardashians" star's transformation has sparked Ozempic rumors, and it's the youngest of the clan, Kylie Jenner. The young billionaire mogul was clearly aware of the rumors as she briefly addressed them in a September 2024 Vogue interview, explaining she would see pictures of herself online with people 'accusing [her] of being on drugs or something...' She did not confirm using any kind of GLP-1 medication. Rumors intensified the following year as Jenner's ex-boyfriend, Travis Scott, rapped, "She doin' Ozempic, tryna be different," in his 2025 track, BACKR00MS. While the lyrics fueled further speculation, neither Jenner nor Scott confirmed the line was about her.

Alongside her co-star Kyle Richards, side-by-side photos of Erika Jayne have also sparked Ozempic rumors. Fans began speculating after the reality TV star debuted a slimmer frame around the time her Las Vegas residency began in late 2023. The change was noticeable enough that during an appearance on "Watch What Happens Live" (via Page Six), Andy Cohen remarked on how much smaller she looked. Jayne acknowledged that she had slimmed down but attributed it to menopause rather than medication. Still, some viewers weren't convinced. Julia Fox was already facing Ozempic rumors before making her reality TV debut in 2024 as the host of E!'s "OMG Fashun." Viral side-by-side photos have shown just how much slimmer the "Uncut Gems" actress appeared compared to earlier public appearances. In an exclusive Entertainment Tonight interview in 2023, Fox addressed the rumors head-on.
