She kicked off the clip makeup-free (aside from what appeared to be semi-permanent lash extensions) and proved how much she transforms without eyeliner. Ariana Grande's eyebrow blindness has ruined her look on multiple occasions, but here, her brows are gorgeously groomed. The "Wicked" actor was only made more relatable by the visible veins on her eyelids and the slight darkness that was just noticeable under her eyes.

Ariana Grande was also sans makeup in a short 2026 Instagram video shared by r.e.m beauty. The star wore what appeared to be the r.e.m. beauty x Wicked: For Good Luxury Beautification Undereye Masks and posed with what looked like the brand's Sweet Dreams Eyeshadow Quad in her hand as she went from no makeup to full glam. "Everyday she reaffirm[s] that she's the prettiest person in the world," one Instagram user commented on the upload.

We saw Ariana Grande looking after her under eyes again in another jaw dropping no makeup video shared to Instagram by r.e.m. beauty. The clip showed Grande hanging out before the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards with nothing but purple undereye patches and a little lip balm or lip oil on her face. Though the beauty had a little natural redness on her eyelids, it was clear she wasn't experiencing any obvious acne flare ups or hyperpigmentation. Equally, her lips were a healthy-looking shade of pink, even without lipstick.

In an Instagram video shared by Ariana Grande and r.e.m. beauty in 2025, she proved her skin glows without heavy foundation and thick concealer. Grande's youthful complexion looked hydrated and smooth with no signs of dry patches. The close-up clip, which showed the "No Tears Left To Cry" singer bare faced with a little lip balm on her lips, showed Grande talking her followers through her makeup routine. Among the products she applied? Her beauty brand's Sweetener Foundation and On Your Collar Plumping Lip Gloss.

In a 2022 Instagram upload, fresh-faced Ariana Grande arguably looked years younger than when she wears a full face of makeup. The adorable photo showed the "We Can't Be Friends" hitmaker sitting on the floor and leaning on a coffee table with her arms folded and her head resting on her forearm. The star flashed a coy smile at the mystery person taking the photo and her flawless skin looked incredible as she basked in the golden hour light coming through the window.
