"The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" stars have answered all your sex questions about the show, and one of MomTok's members, Jessi Ngatikaura, has been pretty open about her facial transformation. As reported by The U.S. Sun, the reality star shared a Christmas pic on her Instagram Stories, with the words, "Face is still very swollen, [please] don't judge." In another Story, she wrote, "Also, in case you couldn't tell, I definitely had to FaceTune that photo. Still so swollen and bruised, so I'll show results when they've settled!"

While Ngatikaura was initially elusive about what she had done, a few weeks after her Story, she spilled all the details in a lengthy Instagram video. "I did an upper and lower bleph. It's a pretty common procedure that a lot of people get, and people just don't really talk about it." Ngatikaura revealed that the reason she was still so swollen was that she also did a fat transfer to her face to add some volume, as she had dissolved all her fillers a year ago. The "SLOMW" star told fans that it would be about three to six months before the plastic surgery settles, and admitted that she's not opposed to getting more work done. This isn't the first tweak Ngatikaura has made to her face or body, and she's always been an open book about her many plastic surgeries.

Celebrities like Jessi Ngatikaura are owning up to their cosmetic tweaks, and before getting her blepharoplasty, she underwent a slightly less invasive procedure called a "skin pinch." In an October 2025 Instagram reel, she revealed that it had been about six weeks since her minor surgery, which involved tightening up her lower eyelids. "I just had some extra skin under my eyes, which I wasn't super happy with," she stated, while showing before pics of her crepey undereye area.

Ngatikaura was obviously thinking about a nose job and took the plunge in February 2025 when she showed off stitches around her nostrils in an Instagram post. "Love and appreciate that you're open and honest! Best way a celebrity can be," a fan commented. Ngatikaura didn't just make changes to her face. The year prior, she underwent her fourth breast augmentation, telling fans, "I got my implants redone after having my last baby, and it was the best decision because I went a little smaller, and it was awesome. But with these implants, I have felt like they ... can't sit still." A doctor told her that it wasn't normal and happens when the implant sits over the muscle, so she was going under the knife to fix the issue, and while she was at it, she'd be getting a labiaplasty as well. Ngatikaura is certainly an open book when it comes to all her surgeries, but hopefully, she pauses before becoming completely unrecognizable from her gorgeous self.
