Side-By-Side Pics Make Demi Moore's Face Transformation Undeniable

Demi Moore has had a stunning style transformation since her divorce from Ashton Kutcher, and while fans love her glamorous fashion, there's been much speculation about the many changes to her face over the years. Moore has always been a natural beauty since rising to fame in the 1985 hit film "St. Elmo's Fire," and she's maintained her youthful look for decades. However, the mom of three sparked plastic surgery rumors when she opened the 2021 Fendi runway show, and her possible cheek fillers didn't stay undetectable. After Moore shared the moment on Instagram, a fan wrote, "Gone too far with plastic surgery with cheeks. Not right." Another commented, "Such a beautiful lady and changed her face so badly."

Amid the buzz about Moore's altered appearance, plastic surgeon Dr. Osman Bashir Tahir took to Instagram to speculate on work the actor may have had done. "She certainly has had at least [two] facelifts, and during one, she had her buccal fat pad removed," he captioned a series of photos of Moore though the years. Unfortunately, while it's possible to reverse buccal fat removal, the procedure is pretty complicated. Dr. Tahir also thought Moore had too much filler injected into her cheeks, which caused the indentations going down the sides of her face. "If she came to me, I would certainly start off with dissolving all the fillers, and I would perform fat grafting — just enough to naturally restore the area where she is too hollow," he wrote. It seems Moore has heeded all the chatter surrounding her alleged plastic surgery, as the "Substance" star has been leaning into a more natural look.

Demi Moore has reportedly backed away from too much plastic surgery

It's never easy aging in the spotlight, and celebrities naturally feel the pressure to keep up their looks. Still, there's a fine line between getting a few subtle tweaks and looking completely unrecognizable. According to an insider, Demi Moore is realizing that she has gone too far with plastic surgery, and has made some changes. "Demi is drawing attention because she's clearly had some things removed. She's easing up on the nip/tucks, [and] her cheeks look more natural, so she may have had her cheek filler dissolved," a source told Life & Style in February 2025.

As a woman in her early 60s, Moore has a fresh outlook on beauty, as she told People, "I'm certainly more comfortable in my own skin at this point than I have ever been, but that's not to say that I'm always comfortable." She continued, "I have a greater appreciation for all that my body has been through that brought me to now." Moore marveled at how she was able to carry and birth her three children, but she admitted to still having moments of doubt about her appearance. "At the same time, I can stop and go, 'But I can accept that is where I'm at today,'" she shared.
