The Real-Life Partners Of Severance's Leading Ladies

"Severance" debuted in 2022, and fans can't get enough of the dystopian sci-fi series centered around a group of employees at Lumon Industries who have split personas. The star-studded cast includes heavy hitters in Hollywood, including Adam Scott, Christopher Walken, and Patricia Arquette, who scored an Emmy nod for her role as Harmony Cobel. Another familiar face is Dichen Lachman, with hit shows like "The 100" and "Dollhouse" under her belt.

With two seasons available to binge-watch on Apple TV+, fans are eagerly awaiting the next installment. The ever-growing popularity of the show has many fans curious about the actors' lives off-camera as well as their romantic relationships. Arquette, who had been dating artist Eric White since 2014, quietly split from him, and is living her best single life.

She told People in November 2025, "It's an incredible thing when your kids are raised, and, if your relationship didn't work out and you decided I can't live with all of that, to be able to have a moment where you go, 'Who am I? What do I want?' I'm there, and it's exciting." While the "True Romance" star is thriving solo, the other leading ladies of "Severance" were still paired up with their respective partners in 2025, and here's everything to know about their relationships.

Dichen Lachman is married to another successful actor

If Dichen Lachman's husband, Maximilian Osinski, looks familiar, that's because you've probably seen him in the several wildly popular series such as "Ted Lasso" and "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." He and Lachman have been together for over a decade, with the two meeting in 2008 and getting engaged in 2014. After tying the knot in 2015, they welcomed their daughter, Mathilda, the same year, and officially became a family of three. Since becoming a dad, Osinski has had to learn how to compartmentalize his work after a day of shooting. He told the Polish publication, Oczy Mag in August 2025, "It's a constant juggling act. When I'm with my daughter, I try to be fully there. No distractions." He added, "It helps that my wife, Dichen, is also an actor and totally gets the rhythm of this life."

While the couple is largely private about their personal life, Osinski makes sure to give Lachman a shout-out every now and then on social media. In February 2017, the "NCIS: Tony & Ziva" star shared a picture of the gorgeous star on Instagram and wrote, "Happy Birthday to this beautiful & amazing woman. Lucky to have you by my side." He also shared a glimpse of Mathilda enjoying a family holiday in July 2022, and she was the spitting image of her father. "Family time on the #amalficoast," he captioned the post.

Jen Tullock met her wife on a dating app

Jen Tullock's love story with her now-wife, Marie Ronn was like our favorite second chance romance book. The two attended a movie premiere in 2022 separately, and when Ronn approached Tullock, the "Severance" star thought she looked familiar, but couldn't place her face, per The New York Times. It wasn't until later that Tullock realized she had matched with Ronn on a dating app and had plans to meet, but circumstances got in the way.

Once it dawned on her, she enlisted folks at the afterparty to help look for Ronn. "I had galvanized the entire cast to find her, like the flying monkeys in 'The Wizard of Oz.' And then at some point, we saw each other from across the room and made our way to each other," Tullock told the publication. Two years later, the happy couple got married and skipped outdated wedding trends by having Ronn's son, Loa, and his best friend as flower boys.

Unlike Tullock, who is a famous face in Hollywood, Ronn works in the corporate world as a creative director for Spotify, according to her LinkedIn profile. She has been with the company since 2019, and prior to that, Ronn worked as a creative director for other various corporations after graduating from Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design in London, England. While Ronn keeps a low profile on social media, Tullock often shares a glimpse into their lives by posting sweet selfies with her wife. In August 2024, they enjoyed a trip to Denmark, with the actor gushing, "I simply love her in any country."

Britt Lower's husband is a celebrity hairstylist

Britt Lower, who plays the rebellious Helena Eagan/Helly R. in "Severance" and received an Emmy for her role, is a lot more low-key in real life. She quietly had a celeb wedding that wasn't a total spectacle in 2024 with her now-husband, Kenna Kennor, but you won't hear her talking about it. "In the spirit of 'Severance,' I do like to keep my private life separate," she told The Hollywood Reporter. According to the outlet, the two met when Kennor styled her hair for an awards show years ago, and they now reside in Brooklyn with his children.

The London native still gives Lower awesome hairstyles and cuts, including a choppy fringe he did in March. "Your innie wants bangs," he posted on Instagram, referring to the actor's Lumon persona. That same month, he styled her hair for a photo shoot, which featured the bangs and a slightly messy updo, with Lower sharing some pics on Instagram. While the Emmy winner is fiercely private about her marriage, she did give a peek into her family life by telling Variety at the 2025 Golden Globes, "I have, like, orders from my 9-year-old stepdaughter that if I meet Ariana Grande, I need her autograph. So I'm going to be carrying around a Sharpie ... I need to make that happen." Hopefully, the pop star was able to make Lower's stepdaughter's dream come true!
