The Real-Life Partners Of 9-1-1: Nashville's Leading Ladies
Things are seriously fiery on "9-1-1: Nashville," and viewers can't get enough of the firehouse drama and its romances (and ex-romances, for that matter). During Season 1, we saw the devious Dixie Bennings (played by LeAnn Rimes) worm her way in with Blythe Hart (Jessica Capshaw), the new wife of her ex-husband (Chris O'Donnell's Captain Don Hart), with less than respectable motives as she attempts to turn their son against his dad. The early episodes have also teased a will they, won't they romance between Hailey Kilgore's Taylor Thompson and Hunter McVey's Blue (Hailey Kilgore & Hunter McVey), with the duo getting pretty flirty.
Off-screen though, things don't seem anywhere near as heated. Away from the show's drama, much like the leading ladies of the original "9-1-1," the spin-off's female stars are happily coupled up. Some are even married to famous faces you might recognize.
Jessica Capshaw tied the knot with Christopher Gavigan in 2004
As of 2025, Blythe Hart actor Jessica Capshaw is loved up with her husband Christopher Gavigan. Though the two prefer to keep their romance out of the spotlight, we know they tied the knot in 2004 and have shared some adorable anniversary posts since then. In 2018, Capshaw posted a sweet photo to Facebook showing the two embracing and smiling for the camera, writing, "Falling in love with Christopher is the best thing that I've ever done. And then marrying him was the whipped cream and cherry on top. The adventures, love, growth, laughter, and joy that we have had (and continue to have) are abundant and deeply meaningful." The actor added, "Oh, and thank you for the realllllly cute babies."
Capshaw was referring to her and Gavigan's four children. The two welcomed son Luke in 2007, daughter Eve in 2010, daughter Poppy in 2013, and daughter Josephine in 2016. In 2019, Capshaw celebrated her husband on Father's Day with a sweet family photo showing the six holding hands and jumping in the air as their dog watched on. "Can't resist saying that every day we all jump for joy at having you in our lives. You are a true seeker and a guardian of all things good, just, kind and generous," Capshaw told her long-time husband in the caption of the Instagram upload. "The world is definitely safer, brighter and more inspired with you in it..," she added, with multiple red heart emojis.
LeAnn Rimes has been married to Eddie Cibrian since 2011
LeAnn Rimes' romantic life has been tabloid fodder for years. The Dixie Bennings actor has been married to fellow actor Eddie Cibrian since 2011, but the way their romance began has raised eyebrows. The twosome started dating after meeting on the set of their Lifetime movie "Northern Lights," despite both being married to other people (Rimes was wed to Dean Sheremet and Cibrian to former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Brandi Glanville). Their affair and was publicly exposed after Us Weekly released footage of the two kissing on a restaurant date.
In 2025, Rimes (who became a stepmom to Cibrian and Glanville's two children) opened up about the affair and the backlash she and Cibrian received in an interview with Flow Space. "I've been on both sides of that coin — I've been cheated on, too, so I know that feeling. But so many women don't know what to do with that anger ... I was a target that was just easily projected upon. And once I realized that, things got a lot easier," she said. "... This is not all my pain to carry. I know what I'm responsible for in the situation and making amends for that," she added.
Still, the two clearly haven't let the criticism their romance received in the early days get them down. Rimes (one of "9-1-1"'s leading ladies who's stunning without makeup) and Cibrian publicly celebrated their 14th wedding anniversary in 2025. The "How Do I Live" hitmaker posted a photo from their wedding on Instagram alongside the caption, "The heart knows when the search is over' — bliss[.] 14 years and many, many more! i'm so proud of us! i love you, always @eddiecibrian."
Kimberly Williams-Paisley is married to country star Brad Paisley
Kimberly Williams-Paisley and Brad Paisley have arguably one of the most successful marriages in Hollywood and Nashville. Despite the red flags in Williams and Paisley's marriage, these two have been going strong for decades, as the "Start A Band" hitmaker proposing to the "Father of the Bride" star in 2002. "[He proposed] about eight months [after we started dating] but, yeah, still pretty quick," Williams-Paisley said on "The Meredith Vieira Show." They married in 2003 and have since become parents to two sons. They welcomed their first child, William, in 2007 and a second child, Jasper, in 2009.
The duo is often spotted together and have regularly gushed over another in interviews, with the Cammie Raleigh actor opening up about how her husband keeps her laughing. "No matter what happens in our marriage, we try to find humor in it, even on the darkest day," she told Closer in 2015. "Brad's always said, 'If you can laugh about it one day, then why not start now?' He always makes me laugh, so I am grateful for that," she said. That same year, the happy couple renewed their vows. "We did a really campy wedding-vow-renewal ceremony at a friend's house. It was awesome," Williams-Paisley said at "A Night at Sardi's" gala (via People).
Williams-Paisley and her husband were still going strong in 2021, and even shared some of their secrets to a successful marriage in a joint interview with People. "A lot of married couples would rather do anything but spend the evening together. That's not the case in our house," Paisley said.
Juani Feliz is loved up with Claribel Jimenez-Feliz
Juani Feliz married Claribel Jimenez-Feliz in 2021. The cute couple celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary in 2025, with Feliz (who stars as firefighter Roxie Alba on the ABC series) marking the milestone on Instagram. "Cheers to this fortress of love we've built[,] to all the dreams we've realized these past 13 years[,] to the biggest one come true, our little Charlize[,] to all our blessings here, now & yet to come[.] I could not have dreamt up a more beautiful life[.] I love you so much mamacita[.] happy anniversary," she wrote, alongside a photo of herself and Jimenez-Feliz on their wedding day. The couple, who dated for a decade before walking down the aisle, had planned to tie the knot the year prior, but postponed their big day due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Juani Feliz and Jimenez-Feliz are proud parents and welcomed a daughter into the world in 2023. The actor announced Charlize Inauj Jimenez-Feliz's arrival on Instagram, sharing a lengthy and heartfelt message for her bundle of joy.
