Actress Ali Larter's career has had some serious longevity. The New Jersey native played Pacey's dream girl on the '90s teen drama "Dawson's Creek" to a fitness mogul and Delta Nu sister in "Legally Blonde," before she became a household name as a star on "Heroes." These days, though, she's best known as the tough-as-nails Angela on "Landman."
The actor has played a multitude of different characters, all known for their beauty, because, like Angela from "Landman," Larter is gorgeous in real life. The former teen model has a naturally athletic build and delicate features that make her compelling on screen, and believable whether she's going toe-to-toe with her lawyers or starring in a high school boy's fantasies. "She is super beautiful, captivating and elegant!" wrote one Reddit commenter. "It's like she can play any role, from femme fatale to gruff soldier to even girl next door... she has a really strong, sexy vibe." Even in her forties, Larter's charms are undiminished, and she looks just as gorgeous as she did twenty years ago.
Still, Larter will be the first to tell you that aging well takes effort. She revealed to People that she works hard to care for her body. Still, despite work out regimens and expensive skincare, for Larter, the final mile to staying hot is mental. "When I look around, the sexiest women I know are the women that own it.When I look around, the sexiest women I know are the women that own it," she explained. "There is no space in my mind for insecurity."
Ali Larter believes an active lifestyle is key to beauty
Hydration is the primary secret to Ali Larter's seeming eternal youth, she told The Bare Magazine. "I am a big believer in tons of water and sweating to get the toxins out of your skin," she explained, adding that she loves steaming and hot yoga. "I believe sweating is such a huge part of beauty," she told New Beauty. "If I don't go for a run, then I'm going to steam. I try to sweat every day. It's like my little exercise for the skin."
While there is some speculation Larter had breast implants, Larter has not indicated that she's made alterations to her face. She is an advocate for exercise and healthy eating, and maintains that these are the core pillars of her beauty regimen. "My new thing, it goes: juice, gym, steam, cream," she told Page Six. She prefers celery juice, and opts for rich moisturizers that deliver maximum hydration, including Weleda Skin Food and La Mer Creme de la Mer.
Larter has played intense characters on screen, so maybe it's not surprising that she's a little intense in real life, too. She wakes up at 4:30 each morning to work out, and her ultimate skincare hack is not for the faint of heart. "I ice my face," she told Page Six, since face icing has lots of benefits and is among our best tips for depuffing your face. "I ice plunge it and it makes you feel better and it tightens your skin."
