The Real-Life Partners Of Landman's Leading Ladies

Although "Landman" is new to the collection of drama series by Taylor Sheridan, it didn't take long for it to become a hit. That probably has something to do with the fact that, like "Yellowstone," "1883," and "1923" before it, the series managed to score some heavy-hitting actors to play the main cast. After all, it's not every day that a show-runner can boast about having Harrison Ford, Demi Moore, Kevin Costner, and the unapologetically childless by choice legend, Dame Helen Mirren, as actors in their series.

While "Landman" centers around oilman Tommy Norris, played by Billy Bob Thornton, the series wouldn't be what it is without its leading ladies. Ali Larter, for example, who plays Tommy's ex-wife Angela, isn't just an absolute spitfire who's fun to watch — similar to Beth Dutton, played by Kelly Reilly in "Yellowstone" — but she reminds us that in certain parts of the States, the mob wife aesthetic will never go out of style. Larter also gets to share scenes with Moore, Paulina Chavez, Kayla Wallace, and Michelle Randolph, who plays her on-screen daughter, Ainsley Norris, who's stunning in real life.

But at the end of the day, when these talented women get to go back to being themselves, each of them has their own relationship at home. While some of these relationships are with themselves, others have real-life partners you might recognize. Alternatively, if you don't, you may want to get to know them by checking out their work.

Ali Larter and Hayes MacArthur

Since 2009, Ali Larter, the gorgeous actress who plays Angela Norris on "Landman," has been married to actor and stand-up comedian Hayes MacArthur. The two first met in 2005 while filming the 2007 movie, "Homo Erectus," and it didn't take long for feelings to develop. "I told my boyfriend after three weeks that I wanted to marry him and that we could do it tomorrow," Larter told Cosmopolitan in 2007, via US Weekly. "I look forward to that time when I'm home with babies." As much as Larter was ready to lock it down back in 2005, the two didn't tie the knot until 2009.

In addition to appearing with Larter in "Home Erectus," as well as several other under-the-radar movies, MacArthur starred in the short-lived series, "Angie Tribeca." Despite being created by Steve Carell of "The Office" and co-starring another alum from "The Office," Rashida Jones, "Angie Tribeca" was cancelled in 2019 after just four seasons. Most recently, MacArthur scored a guest appearance on "The Morning Show," and has a recurring role in the teen drama on Amazon Prime's "The Runarounds."

In 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Larter and MacArthur decided to move from Los Angeles to Idaho. "It unfolded in the most incredible way for us," Larter told Us Weekly in January 2025. "If you had told me this 20 years ago, even five years ago, I would have never believed that I'd be living in a very small town in the mountains." Together, the couple has a daughter, Vivienne, and a son, Teddy.

Kayla Wallace and Kevin McGarry

If you've never seen "Landman," but you're a fan of the Hallmark Channel, there's a good chance you'll recognize Kayla Wallace, who plays Rebecca Falcone, and her real-life partner, Kevin McGarry. Long before Wallace landed her role in "Landman," she starred in the 2018 Hallmark series "When Calls the Heart," alongside McGarry. Although it's unclear when the couple first started dating, McGarry did post a Polaroid of the two together on Instagram with the caption, "Photo evidence." In December 2022, also on Instagram, the two confirmed their engagement, before getting married in 2024.

While there may be more than a few relationship red flags in Hallmark movies that are hard to ignore, in real life, Wallace and McGarry actually have Hallmark to thank for their partnership. As McGarry told Entertainment Tonight in March 2024, the two bonded on the set of "When Calls the Heart," over their love of music. "We always play. We'll play music together ... That's how it all started actually," explained McGarry. "We, you know, collaborated ... we do that all the time."

In addition to being a well-known Hallmark actor, McGarry has also done his share of theater and has had guest appearances on "Schitt's Creek," among other series. In November 2025, Wallace and McGarry announced that they were expecting their first baby together. "You know I've been back home in Canada since we wrapped, so I've kind of been like, in hiding essentially," Wallace told People about her choice to keep her pregnancy a secret from her "Landman" castmates until the season two premiere. "So yeah, they've been so supportive. It's been wonderful," said Wallace.

Demi Moore

Although currently single — or at least that seems to be the case as of November 2025 — icon Demi Moore, who plays Cami Miller on "Landman," has had quite the list of partners. Moore's most famous relationship was her marriage to Bruce Willis, from 1987 to 1998, with whom she had three daughters. Willis became a household name during the 1980s thanks to the series "Moonlighting," then he went on to do dozens of movies, including the "Die Hard" franchise. Sadly, Willis retired from acting in 2022 when he was diagnosed with aphasia.

"I still love Demi. We're very close," Willis told Rolling Stone in 2020. Willis and Moore have stayed so close over the years that they've not only proven you can still be friends with your exes, but they also quarantined together during 2020, with their shared kids and Willis' current wife and children. While her divorce from Willis was very amicable, that wasn't the case after her six years of marriage, from 2005 to 2011, to Ashton Kutcher. Not only did Kutcher cheat on Moore, but she suffered a miscarriage during the marriage.

Most recently, in 2022, Moore dated world-famous chef Daniel Humm, the genius behind Michelin-star restaurant Eleven Madison Park. After that brief relationship came to an end, Moore has been doing her own thing — which includes qualifying for the best red-carpet looks of 2025 and winning awards for her performance in "The Substance." According to People, a source close to Moore told the magazine that she's in a good place: "She's happy and enjoying her children and her friends."

Michelle Randolph

Like Demi Moore, Michelle Randolph, who plays Ainsley Norris on "Landman," appears to be sans partner. Which, considering the trajectory of her career, thanks to her roles in "Landman" and "1923," is far from a bad thing. "She is very special to me, and there's a lot more to her than I think you initially get to see," Randolph told The Hollywood Reporter in December 2024 about her role as Ainsley Norris. "I can't tell people how to interpret my character, but at least it's sparking conversation. And I'm really proud of the show that we made."

Back in 2018, Randolph was in a relationship with former Disney Channel star Gregg Sulkin. Like many people these days under the age of 30, Sulkin confirmed their relationship with an Instagram post in October 2018 of the two of them together and a caption that read, "Thank you for coming into my life & making it better. I love you," via Us Weekly. By 2022, the couple seemed to no longer be together.
