Side By Side Pics That Show How Much The Trump Women Have Transformed
It's not unusual for the women that President Donald Trump surrounds himself with to undergo drastic transformations — particularly physical ones. We've seen the president's inner circle adopt decidedly more glam and put-together looks while in his orbit, so much so that various terms have been coined to describe the phenomenon. Take Donald's right-hand woman and White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, who makes serious makeup mistakes described as "Republican makeup" (usually including heavy, overly done cosmetics). Then there's his almost-daughter-in-law Kimberly Guilfoyle, who has become the face of the Republican plastic surgery trend known as Mar-A-Lago Face (named after Donald's notorious Florida resort).
But we can't truly grasp how much the Trump women — including the president's daughters Ivanka and Tiffany and wife Melania — have changed over the years until we compare side by side photos. So, we did just that. And prepare yourself, because there are some "yuge" transformations to take in.
Melania Trump has adopted a more sophisticated style
In 2000, prior to Melania Trump becoming the third Mrs. Donald Trump, she walked the red carpet with light brown locks and a much flashier, more gaudy style. Back then, she had a penchant for showing more skin while rocking brighter colors and prints, which was obvious in the early days of Melania's style transformation. In 2025, Melania's aesthetic was more sophisticated. In addition to naturally aging, she leaned into flattering, neutral makeup shades and techniques with thicker brows, and she'd added warm highlights to her hair that complemented her complexion.
Tiffany Trump grew up before our eyes
Tiffany Trump walked the red carpet as a teenager in 2008. She rocked braces and a trendy (at the time) heavy side-part with long side bangs, while her hair was dirty brown. Fast-forward to 2025, and Donald Trump's youngest daughter had made some changes. Gone were the braces, and her locks were a much lighter, warmer blond. The first daughter, who was expecting her first child in the more recent snap, was seemingly working with a makeup artist, as she wore complementary cosmetics shades and used contouring to define her features.
Ivanka Trump had brunette tresses as a youngster
Ivanka Trump has become almost as famous for her light blond locks as her impressive business skills. In 2001, though, she was no bubbly blond. Ivanka rocked straight, shiny, brunette locks, and her complexion had pinker undertones, which made her look almost unrecognizable. In a photo taken 24 years later, Ivanka had aged gracefully and showed off luminescent, warm blond locks in a side part. Her face had more dimension than back in the day, and her skin was smooth and glowing.
Lara Trump's transformation sparked Botox speculation
Lara Trump looked so different in the early days of her romance with Eric Trump. On the red carpet in 2011, Lara sported choppy, blond locks that were darker at the ends and less makeup than we're used to. Compare that to a photo of her taken in 2025, and you'll notice Lara's lips were noticeably thinner and her skin wasn't quite as smooth. Though she's never publicly confirmed any cosmetic procedures, Dr. Jen Armstrong speculated in an Instagram video that she's likely gotten Botox injections.
Vanessa Trump's hair and tan makes her look so different
Vanessa Trump was married to Donald Trump Jr. from 2005 until she filed for divorce in 2018, and she looked totally different before tying the knot with the political figure. In 2002, Vanessa rocked glossy, caramel brunette hair that made us see just how much her daughter, Kai Trump, looks like her. But in a snap from 2024, Vanessa's complexion was much deeper (the star is clearly a fan of faux tan), and she'd embraced a dewy, natural-looking foundation that gave her skin a healthy-looking, youthful shine.
Kimberly Guilfoyle used to have a more natural look
Kimberly Guilfoyle's transformation is a sight to see. In 2007, prior to becoming the former fiancée of Donald Trump Jr., she had a more natural look, complete with a sleek bob and lighter makeup. It's easy to see why the U.S. Ambassador to Greece has repeatedly faced plastic surgery allegations (even though she's never publicly confirmed going under the knife), as a snap taken in 2025 shows her with much plumper lips and cheeks with hair extensions down to her waist.
