Side-By-Side Pics Of Tori Spelling Highlight Her Plastic Surgery Transformation

If you place a photo of Tori Spelling from around 1992 next to a shot of her in 2025, it's hard to deny how different she looks. In the '90s snap (when the "Beverly Hills, 90210" actor was around 19 years old), her nose appeared longer and her cheeks less defined. Though her lips were still full, they weren't quite as voluminous as they'd appear more than three decades later. Of course, she's aged over 30 years, but much of Spelling's transformation comes from going under the knife. In an Instagram post, Spelling confirmed she got a nose job sometime after her 15th birthday. She's also credited her makeup artist for making her nose appear straighter. "With contour, she does makeup like no one else. I look completely different," she said on "Sirius XM's Jeff Lewis Live."

Though she's never publicly confirmed it, Spelling's been accused of getting a second rhinoplasty. "She definitely did her nose again, 100 percent," celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Ramtin Kassir speculated to Page Six in 2021. That's not the only procedure Dr. Kassir suspected this California girl had done, though. "A filler was probably done as well in her cheeks, jawline, and chin, giving her more definition," he said, suggesting she's also had Botox and laser treatments on her skin. Dr. Samuel Golpanian shared a similar take on Spelling's changing looks with Glam, also claiming it's likely she's had filler in her cheeks and lips.

Though not technically plastic surgery, we know Spelling's tried Emface treatments. She shared an Instagram video while getting the procedure, writing, "#emface [is] helping to lift and tone my facial muscles." Her changing looks could also be down to weight loss, as the reality star also transformed after taking Ozempic.

Tori Spelling turned her old breast implants into bookends

A nose job isn't the only plastic surgery Tori Spelling has admitted to, as she's also been refreshingly honest about her breast augmentation. The "True Tori" reality star recalled how she got her first surgery on her "MisSPELLING" podcast, sharing that it was done at a strip mall. "I was 19, so I was like, 'Uh this isn't Beverly Hills,' I was confused," she said. Spelling is so comfortable talking about her breast augmentation, she's even revealed how she was able to upcycle having her original breast implants replaced. "[I] put them in like a Lucite box and I made bookends out of them," she said on another instalment of "MisSPELLING". Well, that's one way to keep a memento. Spelling also admitted on the podcast that she regretted her first surgery.

The "Scary Movie 2" actor vehemently denied any other invasive procedures beyond her nose and breasts. "The one thing for me that has stuck forever was the plastic surgery thing ... I'm constantly reading that I've done more," she told People in 2019. "People have been talking about me having plastic surgery since I was 17," she added.
