Side-By-Side Pics Of Lara Trump Highlight Just How Much She's Changed

Many of the women associated with the Trump family have undergone drastic transformations before our eyes. White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt looked so different before she joined Trump, while Kimberly Guilfoyle is equally unrecognizable before her Trump days. And President Donald Trump's daughter-in-law, Lara Trump, is no different. Compare a snap of Lara with her now-husband Eric Trump, taken in 2008 (back when she was still known by her maiden name of Lara Yunaska), with one from 2025, and you'll see exactly what we mean.

In a 2008 pic taken at Mar-A-Lago, Lara's lips are noticeably thinner than in 2025 and don't have such a defined cupid's bow. Her eyebrows are much thinner, her eyes don't look as round, and her skin is slightly more textured as well. The biggest reason Lara's face looks different could be because of makeup. The political figure's brows had clearly been filled in and shaped more in the more recent snap, and her makeup team may have used cosmetic tricks (such as the lip liner hack that mimics a lip flip) to make her kisser appear fuller. Equally, Lara was wearing a much dewier foundation with heavier highlighter way back when, and she didn't have dramatic faux lashes on.

Another distinct change came via her hair. In 2008, Lara's mane was a lighter, cooler blonde shade with the strands styled into a heavy, diagonal side-part. The 2025 Lara, though, had balayage locks that started darker and faded into multi-dimensional bronde with a straighter side part. She'd also curled her tresses into glamorous waves and likely had hair extensions for added volume.

Lara Trump has faced plastic surgery allegations

Lara Trump hasn't publicly confirmed getting plastic surgery, but her side-by-side snaps prove why there's been a ton of speculation. Board-certified cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Mariano Busso told The List she could potentially have gotten a facelift, a nose job, fillers, as well as Botox injections to smooth her skin. Renowned cosmetic surgery expert Dr. Gizem Seymenoglu also believes the star could have had Botox and fillers. "From my perspective, her facial contours appear to have changed noticeably, and Botox and fillers seem like potential contributors to this development. Her lifted eyebrows, in addition to the smooth skin around her eyes, mouth, and forehead, suggest the involvement of Botox," she told Irish Star. "And especially in the cheeks, I see signs of dermal fillers because they look quite plump and full, whereas they looked relatively less voluminous before," she added.

But Lara's physical transformation over the years could be down to standard aging and living a healthy lifestyle. The star broke down her workout routine to The Conservateur, sharing her favorite exercises include Pilates (which you can easily get started with at home or in the studio), running, and swimming to keep herself looking and feeling her best. "Just to mix it up and keep my body guessing," she said.
