Side-By-Side Photos Reveal Just How Drastically Christina Haack's Face Has Changed

Look back at old episodes of "Flip or Flop" and one of the first things you'll notice is how different Christina Haack looks. Compare her appearance in Season 2, Episode 6, of "Flip or Flop" (which aired in 2014) to an Instagram selfie posted in September 2025, and Haack's dramatic transformation since her HGTV debut is on full display. It's hard to ignore that her face appeared slightly fuller and her lips thinner in 2014, while a decade later, her eyes looked wider and her skin seemed smoother.

Much of that could be down to makeup. In 2014, Haack wore heavy, black eyeliner on her upper lid with smokier eyeshadow underneath and didn't appear to contour her lips with an obvious liner. Over a decade later, she'd swapped the thick eyeliner and obvious shadow for something more subtle, instead highlighting her eyes with fluttery, faux lashes. She'd seemingly also learned a few tips to change the fullness of her lips, as she (or her makeup artist) had overdrawn them with a slightly darker lip liner in the more recent snap.

The star's hair is also a contributing factor. Haack looked so different during her HGTV debut with short hair, but has adopted longer locks since (including the hair extensions that she's nearly unrecognizable without). In her 2025 selfie, not only were her tresses longer, but she also rocked curtain bangs that gave the illusion of a slimmer face. The reality star shared a possible hint about why she looked different in the caption of her selfie — and it has to do with a happy lifestyle. "I have more energy than ever (maybe the peptides, or no one who is actually in my life bothering me, or I just really don't care about nonsense anymore)," she wrote.

Christina Haack has had Botox, undereye filler, and facial treatments

In addition to natural aging, Christina Haack's changing appearance could be attributed to a healthy lifestyle and cosmetic procedures. A source told Daily Mail in May 2025 she was focused on staying in shape, revealing, "She will be working out more with yoga and Pilates. Walks on the beach are also on her to-do list because that calms her down." Notably, this Californian told Us Weekly two years earlier, "[I] move every day." The "Christina in the Country" star is also a fan of skin-smoothing Botox (which can be used to lift the brow), as she quipped to People ahead of her 40th birthday in 2023, "Nothing a little Botox can't fix."

Though Haack hasn't publicly admitted to getting plastic surgery beyond breast implants, she's been open about a few other cosmetic tweaks — including an unsuccessful attempt at undereye filler. In a 2022 Instagram Story, Haack shared before and after photos and wrote (via People), "...I had a reaction to under eye filler. Super swollen and it wouldn't go down with time." She added, "After dissolving with hyaluronidase and ultra sound frequency treatments to remove all the filler. Never again."

Another reason her face has changed? She's serious about her facial treatments. In a since-deleted Instagram post, the "Christina on the Coast" star told fans she received the ALTH Glacial Gloss treatment, designed to exfoliate and hydrate the skin. Haack has also tried Morpheus8, a radiofrequency microneedling technique that can clear the skin and improve its texture. She told fans via Instagram her eyes grew swollen from the beauty treatment, stating (via Hello!), "The things we do for beauty."
