Lauren Boebert Looks So Different With A Big Bouncy Blowout

Congresswoman Lauren Boebert has a signature hairstyle: medium-length brunette locks styled sleekly with loose curls. It's rare that she strays away from this look, so it's easy to understand why she was practically unrecognizable when she appeared on camera with a voluminous, bouncy blowout that was giving pure Texas rodeo queen. The diminutive congresswoman nearly disappeared beneath the enormous hairstyle.

There's no indication that Boebert works with a stylist, but judging by the reactions to her look, she might want to consider bringing on some help. After all, her hair has drawn plenty of criticism online. "Lauren Boebert's hair has announced it's running against her in the upcoming election," joked one X post. Then there's the fact that Boebert's go-to outfit is keeping her on the worst-dressed list. A stylist could help her to refine her signature look — and discourage her from any personal brand-disrupting moments like the over-the-top blowout.

But while the lawmaker might have looked like a different person with all that volume, she stayed true to her go-to side part. Never mind that the deep side part is an outdated haircut to ditch from your beauty routine. Clearly, Boebert is still figuring out her hair game.

Lauren Boebert definitely needs a hair refresh

Representative Lauren Boebert's hair could use some improvement — perhaps that's why she's experimenting with a voluminous blow-out — but at least she knows that. Take her response to one of the relationship rumors haunting Boebert since her divorce. According to The Daily Beast, in 2023, the official responded to rumors that she was having an affair with country singer Sean Feucht by quipping, "How can I be with a man with better hair than me?" Considering that Feucht's piecey curly locks aren't exactly hair goals, we suspect Boebert could use a bit of a hair reset.

Boebert's go-to hairstyle is a brunette riff on the uber-feminine, camera-ready "Republican hair" that's popular in MAGA circles. But this overly done look is aging on Boebert, and she could definitely benefit from a makeover. Getting rid of the Millennial-coded side part would make her style more youthful, as would shifting away from the hyper-styled look toward something with more natural movement.
