Judge Jeanine Pirro Is Nearly Unrecognizable In Throwback Pic Before Rumored Plastic Surgery

Judge Jeanine Pirro's heavily made-up look is one of the first things we see when we look at her. The United States Attorney for the District of Columbia is no stranger to a full face of makeup and loves heavy eyeliner, faux lashes, and some obvious lipliner. She even joked to The New York Times in 2000 of how she stays looking so good, "Gallons of eye concealer." But what if we told you she used to rock a more natural glam aesthetic back in the day, way before she was hounded by plastic surgery speculation?

Pirro had us stunned in 2014 when she shared a photo of herself taken decades ago with then-United States Secretary of State Henry Kissinger. The outspoken star looked totally different from how she did when she started working with President Donald Trump in 2025. In the throwback image shared on Facebook, Pirro's skin was smooth and glowing, her brows were less arched, and her upper lip was noticeably thinner than it would become years later. She was also rocking a different 'do. She still sported her signature dark brunette tresses, but her hair was slightly longer than the lob that's become her trademark. It was also styled into a big, bouncy, blown-out 'do that was trendy at the time.

Another of the big things making Pirro look so different? Her makeup. In the throwback upload, her cosmetics were applied noticeably lighter than they would be years later. She wore a lighter foundation shade, significantly less eyeliner, and skipped dramatic faux lashes. Pirro, who also looks stunning without makeup, later developed a penchant for more obvious lipliner as well, going on to sport a thicker line of a darker product as she aged.

Though Judge Jeanine Pirro hasn't publicly confirmed she's had plastic surgery, her drastically different appearance in the throwback snap won't do much to quell the constant speculation she's gone under the knife. The political figure has been accused of altering her appearance via cosmetic procedures, with one fan commenting on one of her 2018 Facebook uploads, "Please stop with the plastic surgery before it gets out of control." She's not the only MAGA poster girl who's been accused of getting plastic surgery, though, as fans have noticed that Kristi Noem also looked very different before her alleged plastic surgery.

But, as rife as the surgery chatter may be, we know Pirro has always taken pride in her appearance. Her friend Bonnie Pressman, who's served as women's fashion director at Barneys and Ralph Lauren, told New York Magazine in 1999, "She works very hard at keeping herself together. That's very central to who she is." Pressman added, "She loves to wear nice clothes." The star also has her very own team of professionals to keep her looking youthful. The former "Judge Jeanine Pirro" TV star introduced fans to her team on Instagram in February 2025, revealing she has a hairstylist and a makeup artist in her glam squad.

Pirro's penchant for looking good has also stretched to regular workouts, which possibly has contributed to her changing appearance. In 1999, the star reportedly began her daily treadmill workout at 6 a.m. Her dedication to exercise has clearly served her well, as she has some of the most youthful legs we've ever seen, and Pirro has flaunted them in various leggy looks.
