Has Kelly Osbourne Gotten Plastic Surgery? Here's What She's Said
It's hard to ignore Kelly Osbourne's dramatic physical transformation. The daughter of Sharon Osbourne and the late Ozzy Osbourne has gone from an outspoken youngster with short, bright pink hair on the family's reality show "The Osbournes" to a chic fashion expert racking up thousands of likes on Instagram. But don't think this beauty's changing looks are due to plastic surgery.
"I am a huge fan of plastic surgery. What it does for people is amazing. It can change people's lives and give them the confidence they've been lacking, and make people feel beautiful in the way they want to feel beautiful," she told People in 2024. But that doesn't mean she's gone under the knife herself, unlike Jamie Lee Curtis, who's shared some honest plastic surgery reflections. Kelly shared, "... I've never done anything but Botox. I'm too scared." The TV personality noted that seeing her mom undergo several procedures was one of the reasons she's decided to stay away, as Sharon famously told The Times, "My last facelift was the worst thing I ever did."
The reality star also shut down the surgery chatter on Instagram in 2021 when she clapped back at those speculating about what she'd had done. "I have not had plastic surgery. I've never done anything to my face other than a couple of injections in my lips, in my jaw, and in my forehead," Kelly clarified.
Kelly Osbourne attributed her changing look to weight loss and injections
In addition to Botox (which is also a go-to for Kelly Ripa, who's been equally honest about her plastic surgery journey), Kelly Osbourne mainly put her drastic appearance change down to weight loss. "Everyone's like, 'You've done too much to your face,' and I'm like, 'Actually, underneath all that fat, I was actually alright looking.' My face changed shape when I lost weight," the Brit told Us Weekly in 2024, but noted she hasn't joined the ranks of celebrities who totally transformed after taking Ozempic or other GLP-1s. Kelly did confirm on the "Hollywood Raw Podcast" four years earlier that she'd undergone gastric sleeve surgery, which helped her lose weight. She said she'd also had injections to help her temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMD) around the same time, sharing, "It kind of made my jaw look skinnier. That's when people started to notice I had really lost weight, because it changed the shape of everything." The former "Project Catwalk" star has also denied getting fillers, telling Us Weekly, "I'll do injections all day long, but I've never done filler."
But while Kelly made it clear she hasn't had anything overly invasive done to her face, she does have a few plastic surgery plans. "I don't want a flicky neck, so I'll get that cleaned up. I want to get my [breasts] done. They look droopy and saggy, but I'm too scared," she said.
