Michelle Pfeiffer Is Nearly Unrecognizable In Throwback Snap With Siblings

In April 2025, actress Michelle Pfeiffer shared a carousel of old photos to Instagram in celebration of World Sibling Day. And, though she looked as stunning as ever, the now 67-year-old actress was almost unrecognizable. In one shot, Pfeiffer dipped her head in towards her sisters while looking at the camera, and while there's no mistaking her high cheekbones and wide blue eyes, she looks staggeringly young. In another photo, her blond hair appears to be cropped in a very '80s shag — a far cry from the sexy, feminine styles that were high notes in Pfeiffer's stunning hair transformation.

Pfeiffer's fans were delighted by the throwback photos and quick to note the icon's obvious beauty. "Crazy to see pics of youngness," wrote one commenter. "It's like it's both so long ago and very recent simultaneously." Despite Pfeiffer's youth, there are hints of the future "Scarface" bombshell's gleaming adult face. Another commenter simply wrote, "MEGA adorable little Michelle."

Michelle Pfeiffer's looks are all natural

Even in Hollywood, Michelle Pfeiffer is famous for her striking looks — after all, not many actresses are beautiful enough to convincingly tempt Daniel Day-Lewis' character away from Winona Ryder, as Pfeiffer did in "The Age of Innocence." But the actress has been candid about the process of aging. "I certainly see that I've changed. I just try not to dwell on it," she told InStyle in 2006 (via People). "Aging happens to every single one of us. Once you accept that it unburdens you."

But while Pfeiffer has indicated that she's not necessarily opposed to the idea of a facelift, People's two-time World's Most Beautiful Woman winner claims her beauty remains totally natural. We don't doubt her, considering Pfeiffer is still so stunning going makeup-free. While Pfeiffer has made some fashion and makeup mistakes, including outfits that totally missed the mark, there's no denying that she's a major beauty icon.
