Did Lindsay Lohan Get Plastic Surgery? What She's Said About Those Face Lift Rumors

Ever since Lindsay Lohan returned to the spotlight following her acting hiatus, she hasn't been able to shake plastic surgery speculation. Multiple social media posts have gone viral comparing the beauty's 2024 and 2025 red carpet appearances to snaps taken during the height of her fame in the 2000s, with many accusing her of going under the knife. Experts speculated too, with aesthetics doctor Dr. Jonny Betteridge saying in an Instagram video that her possible plastic surgeries may include work on her upper eyelids, nose, lips, and brows, in addition to a face lift. But is Lindsay's head-turning transformation really down to plastic surgery? According to her, no.

Speaking to Elle in May 2025, Lindsday shut down the chatter by pointing out she wouldn't have time to get a face lift and recover while in the spotlight. "I'm like, when? With what time? Where?" she asked. Lindsay's publicist noted, "The second she looks any different, they assume she had her face lifted at 37 or 38, that she ripped apart this or that." Lindsay's dad, Michael Lohan, also slammed the rampant rumors. "Lindsay never had any plastic surgery done ever," he told Page Six, six months before his daughter's confession. "Her look [is] so natural — just like her talent," he added.

But while the face lift rumors have been denied, we know she visited Dr. Radmila Lukian, founder of Dubai's Lucia Clinic, at least once. The dermatologist, whose Instagram bio refers to the "LL non surgical face lift method," shared a selfie with Lindsay on Instagram in December 2024. After fans urged Dr. Lukian to confirm what Lindsay had done in the comments, she replied, "We don't talk about our patients." Darn. But not every beauty treatment the "Mean Girls" star has gotten is under lock and key.

Lindsay Lohan's stunning look may be down to Botox, fillers, and a healthier lifestyle

Though Lindsay Lohan may not have had a face lift, she's reportedly undergone a few less invasive cosmetic enhancements. Speaking to Page Six, Michael Lohan claimed, "[She's had] peels, fillers and Botox." Lindsay, who's had some red carpet looks we'll never forget, confirmed she'd gotten Botox (which can have actual health benefits, because it's not all about vanity) to Elle, and shared an insight into her healthy lifestyle. " ... I'm crazy about my skin and health," she said. And she wasn't kidding. The "Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen" star drinks a juice every day: "It's like carrot, ginger, lemon, olive oil, apple." Lindsay further stays hydrated with green tea and by consuming a good amount of water (per Mayo Clinic, the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine recommend women drink around 11.5 cups of fluids each day). "Also, I'm a big believer in ice-cold water on your face when you wake up," Lindsay said.

An insider also gave Us Weekly an insight into Lindsay's healthy lifestyle, revealing she really kicked things into high gear after welcoming her son, Luai, in 2023. "Lindsay cooks from scratch and is eating a lot of fresh, clean foods. She's eating a lot of greens. She also does Pilates and goes on walks and runs with the baby and Bader," they said, referring to her husband, Bader Shammas. Whatever this superstar is doing though, there's no denying she's looking so fetch.
