Christina Haack's fans love talking about her personal life just as much, if not more, than her HGTV career. The "Flip or Flop" and "Christina on the Coast" star's romances and marriages usually get tongues wagging, but her followers can't help speculating about her changing appearance too. And she's made no secret of going under the knife.
Haack confirmed she got a breast augmentation and suggested on Instagram in 2022 the procedure may have had adverse side-effects. She asked her followers (via Us Weekly), "I've had some unexplained health stuff for years and now I'm considering the thought that this could be Breast implant related. Does anyone else have any experience with this subject? I'm curious on all the ladies take on this." Notably, there's been a lot of research done on breast implant related illnesses. Haack told E! News the following month, "I have a couple of appointments about getting my implants removed."
The star has also been open about getting less invasive, aesthetic procedures, including undereye filler. She shared a photo of her protruding undereyes on Instagram Stories, writing (via People), "I had a reaction to under eye filler. Super swollen and it wouldn't go down with time." Haack vowed never to get the procedure done again and had it dissolved. However, she seemed more open to the skin-smoothing injection Botox (which has health benefits too, because it's not all just about vanity). She joked to People of turning 40, "Nothing a little Botox can't fix."
Plastic surgeons believe Christina Haack may have had more work done
Though Christina Haack hasn't publicly confirmed she's had any other plastic surgery or aesthetic procedures, some professionals have speculated she may have more work done. Dr. Alexander Rivkin told Radar Online the reality star could have plumped her lips and told the outlet, "This is most likely due to injection of a conservative amount of a soft hyaluronic acid filler, like Vollure." Dr. Frank Agullo also ventured, "Volume has been restored under the eyes and lips with fillers" and added, "Her brows appear to be more 'up and out' [and this] can be achieved with neurotoxin and/or thread lifting."
But Haack's changing appearance over the years may well just be down to aging, good skincare, and taking care of herself. In January 2024, the star tried the skincare treatment Morpheus8. She told fans she was three days post-appointment, writing on Instagram Stories (via Hello!): "[U]nder eyes are swollen, fact feels like sandpaper and it looks like there are little cuts everywhere. But at least it doesn't hurt at all. The things we do for beauty." She also told Us Weekly about the focus she puts on her health, sharing, "I eat healthy and organize. I prioritize good facials and skincare and I do IVs. I do a lot for my health because being on and having energy is so important to me."
The skincare products helping her look young? She told People (via Yahoo!), TULA Skin Care Eye Balm Glow & Get It – Dark Circle Treatment and TATCHA The Dewy Skin Cream are amongst her skincare go-tos. Haack also seemingly knows she needs to keep her SPF on hand all winter long, as she uses Supergoop! Glowscreen SPF 40.
