Alyssa Milano looks totally different (though equally beautiful!) without makeup. The former "Charmed" actor made that very clear when she posted an unfiltered photo of herself on Instagram in 2024 to celebrate her 52nd birthday. In the bare-faced snap, the beauty laid back on what appeared to be a silk or satin pillowcase and let her skin breath. Without foundation and concealer, she looked lit from within. The beauty clearly wasn't self-conscious about her slightly darker skin patches, though — and neither should she be. Milano looked years younger than her age as her skin was plump with a healthy shine, suggesting it was well-hydrated. The stripped back snap demonstrated how her brows frame her face, but, in the caption, she confirmed their dark tone and clean shape was down to microblading.

We also got a look at Milano without makeup when she posted a similar Instagram photo four years earlier for her 48th birthday. The actor was in bed that time too, and stared into the camera without her usual faux lashes, lipstick, and mascara. Her skin was flawless and she was clearly getting plenty of sleep, as her undereyes looked bright without even a hint of darkness. Fans couldn't believe how different she looked, as one commented, "Don't look like her."

Clearly, Milano doesn't mind showing her au natural look on social media. Also in 2024, she posted a cute Instagram video showing what she would look like with a perm. The actor filmed herself bare faced before she used an AI filter to curl her straight, brunette locks. Her gorgeous brown eyes still grabbed our attention though, even without smoky eyeshadow or dark liner, as did her smooth skin.

Though Alyssa Milano's multiple makeup free uploads confirm her beauty doesn't come from cosmetics, she has confirmed she's gotten a few enhancements to help her look younger. In a 2021 TikTok, after a fan asked how she keeps wrinkles at bay, the ever candid star simply replied, "Botox" with a wink. That same year, in another TikTok, she gave fans a close-up look at her face using several filters and wrote in the caption, "I don't look this smooth without filters and Botox." And there's certainly nothing wrong with that, as Botox can also have health benefits.

The "Mistresses" star is also no gatekeeper when it comes to her go-to skincare products. In a 2023 TikTok, she shared her bright undereyes were aided by Live Tinted Rays Copper Peptide Eye Masks. Milano applies the product after cleansing and moisturizing her face and leaves them on while she's applying her makeup. "I do my eye shadow, liner and mascara and then peel off and do my [foundation] and base," she wrote in the caption.
