You can't order a keto pumpkin spice latte at Starbucks. With the keto diet, you can't drink sugar. And that's almost impossible when it comes to Starbucks' pumpkin spice sauce. However, you can try to be keto friendly and healthier when you order, thanks to customization.

Here's what you can order:

  • Tall pumpkin spice latte

  • Substitute milk with a healthier alternative (2% milk, nonfat milk, soy milk, coconut milk, almond milk)
