Now, this is a family reunion you certainly won't want to miss. After a bit of hype surrounding an Amelia-centric episode coming to Grey's Anatomy season 15, it's finally happening.
On Apr. 11, ABC will air "The Good Shepherd," and like Amelia, this one is going to be messy. Following the 20th episode, the Grey's Anatomy season 15 episode 21 promo video launched fans into a frenzy of feels. It even had fans questioning if Amelia and Link were married, as if they missed a major chunk of the Shondaland medical drama.
So what's coming in the episode? It definitely looks like things are getting heated. Stay tuned.
The Good Shepherd Trailer Breakdown
The trailer is a mess the moment it begins.
"We're in New York," Amelia states to Link. "No complications." Yeah, right. We know what show we're watching here.
The trailer then flashes forward to show Amelia introducing Link to Nancy, her older sister. However, things get a little weird when Amelia calls Link her... husband.
Wait, excuse me?
While Amelia and Link are not currently married, we understand if you had to do a retake. We did, too. Regardless, it looks like Amelia's nerves got the best of her and she suddenly (and randomly) blurted out that Link was her husband.
If you're thinking "how can Amelia get away with this lie," just remember that Amelia married Owen and no one from her side of the family bothered to show up to the wedding. So, it would make sense if her family didn't know what her husband looked like.
But, wait, that's not the only crazy part.
In the trailer, Link seems to play along. After Amelia tells Nancy the lie, Amelia and Link go to dinner with the rest of Amelia's sisters.
"This is a terrible idea," Amelia says in the trailer as she rings the doorbell.
Yeah, we think so, too.
Nonetheless, things manage to get more awkward when Kathleen tells Amelia, "What I don't get is how out of all of us, you managed to get the hottest husband."
Yikes.
Although we're sure that there will be more tears than laughs in this episode, it looks like fans will just have to wait and see how this one unfolds.
