Take this 80's Quiz!
The 80's were known for many eclectic and odd things such as clothing, music, politics and best of all... movies. This wonderful decade brought us some of the best movies ever made! From the emotional and deep feeling movies like Driving Miss Daisy and Terms of Endearment to the hilariously funny comedies like Caddyshack and Trading Places, the 80's delivered a very wide range of entertaining cinema hits. Although looking back at some of those action films' less than average special effects, the plot lines in those movies carried our interest through and through! The 80's brought us some of the best filmmaking directors in the industry like Cameron Crowe, beginning his amazing career with the unforgettable classic Fast Times at Ridgemont High. Then there was the award-winning Steven Spielberg who brought us neverending hits such as E.T., Back to the Future, The Goonies, and of course The Color Purple. Probably considered one of the most brilliant directors of the decade was none other than John Hughes for his long list of truly entertaining films such as National Lampoon's Vacation, Mr. Mom, Weird Science, The Breakfast Club, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, and Home Alone (just to name a few). The directors were amazing, but then again... so were the actors that starred in all of these films! Names like Molly Ringwald, Matthew Broderick, Kelly McGillis, Whoopi Goldberg, Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and many more really make you think of just how great 80's films really were. If you are looking for a great film to watch on a movie night at home, the 80's has an amazingly entertaining list of flicks to choose from!
