5 Best Baby Sleep Training Books From Amazon

Full disclosure, I myself have not popped out nor adopted a baby. I sleep through the night peacefully (unless construction starts on the building behind my apartment at 6am) and my Apple iPhone reminds me to go to sleep at 10:30pm to get my much needed 8.5 hours of sleep. I make no apologies because I love sleeping.

I love it so much, I wake up in the morning already excited to go back to bed 12 hours later. I would like to have children one day and I am already terrified for the lack of sleep that comes with parenthood. (Though these mattresses for pregnant women seem pretty legit.)

That's why we found some of the most useful books on sleep training for infants on the market. For readers who are trying to sleep train their little ones, here are the 5 best baby sleep training books from Amazon.
