And maybe just maybe it's time to get brave again. Time to trust myself again. Time to believe in myself again👑 Reminding myself where I came from. Before pic: I was 490lbs with a 69 inch waist and 75 inch hips and finally sick and tired of digging my own grave. Tired of being stuck in the house LITERALLY ALL SUMMER because I was embarrassed, ashamed and incapable. Fast forward to this summer where I spent it on vacation, out and about as much as my little heart desired❤️ confident. Happy. Free. Words I wouldn't have been able to use years ago. life is BEAUTIFUL. We DESERVE to fully enjoy it. Take hold of your life now because tomorrow isn't promised. Use every bit of heart, strength & will you have inside of you and get it done. It hasn't been easy but so far it's been well worth it! So long prediabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and sleep apnea 👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽 I'm reclaiming my health back one day at a time!
