Derek ShepherdCommunity Score: 37pinterest.com
Oh, yes. His nickname is McDreamy for a reason. From the eyes, to the hair, to the smile. Not to mention, he was a great father and husband. Derek is definitely the ultimate package.
Alex KarevCommunity Score: 36www.tumblr.com
Who doesn't love the bad boy type? Alex isn't really that bad of a guy, though. Yeah, he can be a jerk sometimes, but he also cares deeply about those closest to him, he's really good with children, and he's a kickass doctor in general.
Jackson AveryCommunity Score: 35pinterest.com
Two words: Those. Eyes. Also, of course, his incredible intelligence and kind personality.
Mark SloanCommunity Score: 32themovienetwork.com
Points lost for having an affair with his best friend's wife. Points gained for general McSteamy-ness.
Andrew DeLucaCommunity Score: 22moviefone.com
DeLuca is easygoing and confidence wrapped in a gorgeous figure.
Owen HuntCommunity Score: 12pinterest.com
Owen is the guy we all want to think we can save. Damaged, but not too damaged.
Henry BurtonCommunity Score: 9ABC
Teddy's green-eyed insurance scam husband who turned out to be a pretty legit husband just in time to meet his demise. Oh, the heartache. Despite his terminal condition, Henry was always up beat, positive, and ever the charmer... and he wasn't too bad on the eyes either.
Ben WarrenCommunity Score: 8cartermatt.com
The way he just left his surgical program in LA to be with Miranda is simply heart-melting. Ben Warren is without a doubt a master charmer.
George O'MalleyCommunity Score: 3www.hercampus.com
Sweet, boyish, totally "the nice guy." If anyone deserves to find their true love, it would have been him.
Nathan RiggsCommunity Score: -3ABC
Nathan, Nathan, Nathan, where do we even begin? Between his current position in the middle of a Grey/Pierce-sister love triangle, and his feud with Owen, we can only be sure of one thing: Nathan is bringing the drama. Hard. However, in spite of all the madness his arrival has brought, we can't help but be weirdly fascinated and very attracted to him. Maybe its the eyes? Maybe its the mystique? Who knows? In either case, the jury is still out on this one.
Denny DuquetteCommunity Score: -8Grey's Anatomy via ABC
Even though he wasn't a doctor, Denny spent enough time at the hospital to find his way into the hearts of many.
Finn Dandridge (a.k.a. McVet)Community Score: -22ABC
Finn was wonderful. All he wanted was to make Mer happy and cure some pups, who wouldn't love all that? But as wonderful as he was on paper, he was also very boring. For a show that thrives on drama his lackluster personality just didn't make the cut.
Preston BurkeCommunity Score: -30pinterest.com
He ditched Cristina at the alter, but he was great when he was good to her. And he's a genius in his field. Can you say Harper Avery Award?
