If you're in a funk right now, you're not alone. 2020 has been a lot to keep up with, and it's only natural that you may be feeling more overwhelmed than usual. Between COVID-19, quarantine, world-wide protests, the election, and everything else this year has thrown our way; getting some extra support is never a bad thing.

Luckily, there are a ton of resources out there to help shed light on how you can cater to yourself during this uncertain time. We just celebrated World Mental Health Day on October 10th and came across some amazing podcasts that were too good not to share. It turns out that hearing strong women talk about their struggles really validates that we're all in this together - and equally as strong.
