4 Amazing Mommy & Me Classes In The South Bay (Los Angeles)
Having a newborn is a life-changing event ... a blessed life-changing event at that.
However, when you're a new mom, or a 2nd-time mom, or 3rd, 4th....you get it. Being homebound with no one to talk to, few people around you that understand what it's like having a newborn in our socieity, right now; it's isolating and lonely.
Mommy and me classes are designed to connect local moms together that have babies the same age. The classes allow new moms to meet once-a-week and engage in age-appropriate, "what to expect" seminars, commiserate over sleepless nights or sore nipples, or just create a local social network of new moms.
Finding people who are going through what you're going through will form fast friendships and take some of the isolation edge off of your new world. Meeting up for coffee, early "playdates", working out, taking music classes, sharing questions, or just going for a walk together will enhance your early motherhood experience massively.
The hard part about Mommy and Me classes is that they are hard to find! We have curated the 4 fantastic Mommy and Me Classes in the South Bay (of Los Angeles).
