We will only take NO for an answer! Actually, we'll take any answers...It's all in the mind, y'know.
The Beatles: Yellow Submarine is a "1968 British children's animated musical fantasy comedy film inspired by the music of the Beatles, directed by animation producer George Dunning, and produced by United Artists and King Features Syndicate." This film will be released again in theatres in July of 2018, so you'd better study up on it now! Although the film features all of the Beatles in animated form, strikingly enough...none of them were voiced by the real Beatles. It is a rather puzzling film full of jokes, puns, and references, some of which no one understands to this day. The film is known especially for its very odd, binary and simplistic villains: The Blue Meanies, who basically hate music, colors, happiness, and even affirmative words like "yes". The movie features Beatles music and original animated artwork in a striking style, and the plot is quite simply and yet very confusing. They pass through the Sea of Time, Sea of Science, Sea of Monsters, Sea of Nothing, the Headlands, the Sea of Holes, and arrive back in Pepperland, all in just a little over an hour. Whether you're a die hard Beatles fan, a film connoisseur, or simply a huge fan of this bizarre animated film, this quiz will likely be quite a fun challenge (because who really understood this movie, anyway? The Beatles certainly didn't). But, no matter how you do on the quiz, be sure to share it with your family and friends. Its all in the mind, you know.
