Grey's Anatomy Season 14 Spoilers: Jo's New Mentor, Nathan's Departure...

Check out the latest details on Grey's Anatomy Season 14! WARNING: SPOILER ALERT!
We're only five episodes into Grey's Anatomy Season 14 and we couldn't be more excited for what's to come! After Thursday night's episode of Grey's, it looks like a whole new world is opening up for our girl, Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) after Nathan Riggs (Martin Henderson) decided to move to Los Angeleswith Megan Hunt (Abigail Spencer) for good. While we're sad to see him go, we're excited to see what this means for everyone at Grey Sloan Memorial for the rest of Season 14. But, remember what Mer says about change: "Sometimes, change is everything." We certainly hope so. Here's the latest scoop on what's to come in Grey's Anatomy Season 14!

Martin Henderson Is Leaving Grey's Anatomy
Speaking of Riggs. It's official, Grey's fans. Martin Henderson is leaving Grey's Anatomy as a series regular, and we are crushed. After hating on him when he first arrived, we can't help but feel a little sad. However, there's a possibility of Riggs returning to Grey's one day.
"I would never close the door," Henderson said. "In my mind, it's been left open-ended enough."
Henderson also didn't believe that Riggs could ever replace Derek Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey).
"The idea of me replacing McDreamy — or being the new McDreamy — is unrealistic," Henderson revealed to TV Line. "And not something that I would want to do as an actor. I'm my own person and my own actor and what I do is my thing. And what Patrick does is his thing, and he did it brilliantly. It would be disrespectful to the audience to suggest that my character would be a replacement. I see myself more as an addition to an existing show."
So, does that mean there will be another person that's meant for Meredith? Will someone new come to be a more permanent "addition" to Meredith's life?

Jo Wilson Is Getting A New Mentor
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Camilla Luddington, who plays Jo Wilson on Grey's Anatomy Season 14, revealed that her character is getting a new mentor!
"I believe that Jo will find a mentor this season," Luddington said. "I don't know who it is, but I believe that is something that does happen. I'm really excited about that because she lost Callie. I know that Stephanie had Amelia, and Jo was sort of lost and didn't have that person. So yes, I believe that is something that will happen this season."
We're pretty sad that Wilson lost Callie Torres (Sara Ramirez), too! And now, our hearts collectively shatter, since this probably means that Callie will not return this season. But, did Luddington confirm that Wilson's speciality will still be Ortho? Or will she pick up something else? Who do you hope her new mentor will be, Grey's fans?
