Fahrenheit 451 HBO Release Date

The HBO film, which is directed by Ramin Bahrani and written by Bahrani and Amir Naderi, finally has a premiere date: May 19. So, make sure mark your calendars. This one's going to come in hot.

Based on Bradbury's novel of the same name, the film will dive into a dystopian future. According to the HBO release, in this world, history is rewritten and the "firemen" burn books. Jordan plays a young fireman, Montag, who forsakes his world as he struggles to regain his humanity and faces off against his mentor, fire captain Beatty, who is played by Shannon. Sofia Boutella also stars as Clarisse, an informant that is caught between the interests of Montag and Beatty.
