Call These Senators and Ask Them to Vote NO On Kavanaugh for Supreme Court Justice
A lot of insane stuff is happening in our nation's capitol. Unless you've been living under a rock you're aware that Supreme Court Justice nominee, Brett Kavanaugh has been accused of sexual assault by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford and both appeared before the Senate Judiciary Committee yesterday, September 27th. There has been a lot of back and forth between Democrats and Republicans, causing immense tension in both Washington, D.C. and the rest of the country. Similarly, there has also been much discussion around rape, consent, "boys being boys", and persecution. I need a drink just writing all of that.
Jeff Flake, the Senator of Arizona, released a statement claiming he intends to vote YES for Kavanaugh's nomination. But, voting has now been pushed back due to an FBI investigation Senator Flake requested before final voting happens. Senate Republicans have now agreed to a one week delay.
If you're concerned with Donald Trump's recent Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh, get your phones out. It's time to start dialing.
Call them now.
