Unlike Snapchat, who notifies when someone screenshots your story by showing you the "screenshotter" in a different color on the list of people who watched your story, Instagram does not have that feature. There have often been rumors that Instagram would come out with a notification for screenshots on stories and other posts, but they have yet to execute that threat. We all love to send screenshots of funny or risqué Insta posts and stories, so we are safe for now. However, if they do start giving that notification, we will let you know!

We can only assume that, because this screen recording feature is new to the newest iOS update, they haven't figured out how to track it yet.
