Aries (March 20 - April 19): CrossFit
You're a fierce individual who is incredibly competitive, which causes you to naturally excel at almost everything you do. But that doesn't slow you down, because you know better than anyone that even when you're on the top one day, you can fall just as easily the next. And it's a long way back up. You're relatively high-strung and always on the go, so you need something that'll help you relieve stress, but that won't waste your time. Obviously, yoga is not for you, but something like CrossFit is. It's one of the most notoriously intense workouts around, so you're sure to push yourself to the extreme—which can be dangerous, but you know your limits.
Taurus (April 20 - May 20): Rowing
Stable and practical, you work hard to maintain a life of luxury. Your eye is always caught by the finer things in life and you tend to gravitate towards all things glitter and gold. That being said, you aren't afraid to get your hands dirty and earn the ability to treat yourself. Doing a workout like rowing does both of these things for you. It gets you into shape in a way that's not as sweat-inducing as running or cycling, but it also treats your body to one heck of a workout.
Gemini (May 21 - June 20): Zumba
Represented by the twins, your personality changes from day to day. Nevertheless, you're always curious and excited about what the new day will bring. You have a positive outlook and are guided by your curiosity about the world. You'd benefit from an upbeat dance class like Zumba. It's fun, just like you. And while it may be intense, you'll enjoy moving and grooving your way to a better body.
Cancer (June 21 - July 22): Pilates
You're a sensitive creature who prefers to stay indoors and away from the masses. But even the biggest homebodies need to get their workout in, too. We suggest pilates, because it is no where near as intense as most workouts and you can sort of go on your own pace. So if you don't feel like pushing yourself to your limits, you don't have to. Leo (July 23 - Aug. 22): Boxing
You appreciate being the center of attention and always find your way into the spotlight. Being in a boxing ring definitely puts you there, while also offering an energetic workout that'll leave you on your toes. Not to mention, it'll keep your body in tip-top shape. It is your greatest asset, so do what you need to to keep it in its prime.
Virgo (Aug. 23 - Sept. 22): Running
When it comes to life, you prefer to stick to the status quo. You rarely ever venture outside of your comfort zone, instead choosing to do things you already have a positive relationship with. While everyone is out enjoying their bizarre workouts, you'd do best sticking to the basics, like running. You have the discipline and the drive to see the results pay off immediately, too.
Libra (Sept. 23 - Oct. 22): Yoga
Balanced and kind, you'd benefit the most from doing yoga. You tend to focus more on what other people are doing and try to be the mediator in your everyday life, but you often forget to think about yourself. Doing yoga regularly will help you tune into your needs and force you to put yourself first. It's not selfish, even though you think that's the case.
Scorpio (Oct. 23 - Nov. 21): Pole Dancing
Though many aspects about your personality remain a mystery to most, one thing's for certain, you're as seductive as they come. You can charm the pants off of anyone on any given day. This is why you should try pole dancing. It'll tap into your alluring nature. Plus, you'll get a workout without even really feeling it. Ready for the time of your life?

Aquarius (Jan. 20 - Feb. 18): Cycling
You tend to get bored easily, so you need a workout that'll keep you entertained and focused from start to finish. Cycling is definitely that exercise class for you. The instructors will help keep you motivated and on track so you get the most of your workout. Not to mention, it helps you escape the mundane of the everyday.
Pisces (Feb. 19 - March 19): Barre
Sweet and sympathetic Pisces, you rarely ever give yourself time to do the things you love, or even the things you have to do. You're far too invested in making sure your loved ones are taken care of to even think about yourself. Find that balance by attending a barre class. There you'll get a workout similar to that of a prima ballerina's, so you'll at least get to live out that fantasy.
