We know that Maggie Pierce (Kelly McCreary) has been keeping Teddy Altman's (Kim Raver) secret of her pregnancy with Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd) pretty well so far. However, it seems like in this episode, she's had enough. Maggie decides it's time to tell someone.

Meanwhile, Meredith Grey's (Ellen Pompeo) love life is finally taking off like we were promised. She's seen showing up to work at the hospital all dolled up. It turns out, Meredith has plans for a blind date after her shift.

Alex Karev (Justin Chambers) is assuming his role as interim chief, something we'd never thought we would see on Grey's! However, the job is no simple task. In order to save the life of a patient, Alex makes a questionable decision. What do you think it could be?
