Couples We're Dying to See in Grey's Anatomy Season 15, Ranked
They're not calling this one The Season of Love for nothing. The spoilers for season 15 have us dying to see what kind of love interests are in store for the show. We already know that Jo Wilson (Camilla Luddington) and Alex Karev (Justin Chambers) have tied the knot, so that match has already been made (for now). So what about the rest of the doctors who've been enjoying the single life, is it finally time for everyone to settle down?
There's no such thing as a Grey's love story without a little bit of drama (or a lot of drama in some cases). We're hoping to see some unexpected romances that will completely throw us off guard, those are the best anyway!
We're so excited for things to really heat up in the hospital, as we've been promised. Hopefully, we get lots of new couples, especially unlikely ones to keep it interested. There's definitely some doctors we want to see get together more than others.

Owen And Teddy
We're all excited to have Teddy Altman (Kim Raver) back at Grey Sloan for season 15, but we're even more excited for what's in store for her love life. We think it's finally time for her and Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd) to give it a real shot, especially since we learned the news that they're going to be parents!
Jackson And Maggie
This one is long overdue. Jackson Avery (Jesse Williams) and Maggie Pierce (Kelly McCreary) have had this thing going on for a while, and we think it's time to make it official. Sure it's weird that they're technically step siblings, but that's just Grey's Anatomy for you.
Meredith And Alex
Sorry Jo, but this one is long overdue. Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) and Alex have always been best friends, and Grey's loves nothing more than to ruin friendships with sex. It sounds totally wrong to us, but we're dying for some real drama!
Meredith And Nick
If Meredith doesn't find love with another doctor at the hospital, how about a patient? Nick Marsh (Scott Speedman) appeared as patient for one episode during this past season, and we would love to see him back. Nick and Meredith had some serious chemistry that shouldn't be ignored.
Andrew And Amelia
Andrew DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti) and Amelia Shepherd (Caterina Scorsone) have always had a great student-teacher relationship in the hospital. Not to mention, Andrew helped remove the tumor from Amelia's brain. We think it might be cute if these two tried things out together, you never know what might be meant to be!
Jo And Carina
Say things don't work out between Jo and Alex, what a twist would this one be! Jo has never hinted at being interested in women, but we all know how hot Carina DeLuca (Stefania Spampinato) is. Plus, Carina will be lonely now with Arizona Robbins (Jessica Capshaw) gone, and just about anything can happen in this show.
Dahlia And Levi
Dahlia Qadri (Sophia Taylor Ali) and Levi Schmitt (Jake Borelli) have already had their own love interests at the hospital, which didn't seem to turn out well. It's about time that they just hook up with each other, and who knows, maybe there's a spark or something. The new interns need to step up their game and make things juicy.
