If You're Angry About George Floyd's Murder, Here Are 7 Places To Donate

George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, Tony McDade and countless others have lost their lives to police brutality. Since Floyd's senseless murder in Minneapolis on May 25, anger has fueled protests across America. With these protests have come backlash from law enforcement, causing many to be incarcerated for their actions.

Racism is a huge problem in our country and more specifically, our justice system. You don't have to be on the streets protesting to have your voice heard. Don't be silenced. Anyone who wants to help may still do so from home.

If you want to turn your rage into something positive, consider donating to any of these organizations below. Anti-racism causes, bailout funds, and mental health resources need your support to keep the movement against racial injustice alive.

1. Official George Floyd Memorial Fund

The money raised will go towards "...funeral and burial expenses, mental and grief counseling, lodging and travel for all court proceedings, and to assist our family in the days to come as we continue to seek justice for George." A portion of the funds will also go towards the Estate of George Floyd, which will benefit the future of his children.
