The announcement we've all been waiting for is near! Soon, we will have a definitive answer to the question on every Bachelor fan's mind: Who is the next Bachelor?

While we don't have an official answer yet, we do have a ton of clues as to who the next Bachelor will be.

Everything We Know About The Next Bachelor

Our strongest hints about the season 22 Bachelor come from the show's creator, Mike Fleiss, who recently tweeted the latest Bachelor power rankings, revealing that fans favor Peter Kraus for the leading role, followed by Wells Adams, Ben Zorn, Eric Bigger and Chase McNary.

Fleiss later announced that the next Bachelor will not be from JoJo Fletcher's season of The Bachelorette, ruling out Wells and Chase from the list above. (For anyone who is devastated about this Wells news, don't forget that his killer job as the bartender on Bachelor in Paradise could lead him to other opportunities within the franchise... or at least that's what we're hoping!)

Of course, there were a ton of fans begging for Dean Unglert to be the next Bachelor after his exit on Rachel Lindsay's season of The Bachelorette, but Fleiss confirmed that Dean will not be the next Bachelor — that is, not for season 22.

With strong support from Bachelor Nation, it's very possible that Peter Kraus is the next Bachelor, although with Fleiss warning that "all options are on the table," we wouldn't be surprised if underdogs Ben Z or Eric Bigger became the season 22 Bachelor.

In fact, Fleiss' most recent clue reveals that the next Bachelor "probably" won't be Peter.

We guess we'll have to wait for more clues!
